Now that the 2nd leg is about to begin was wondering what were some of the best crowds.

Only did a few shows but out of the few Brooklyn 2 was on another level.

Would love to hear from others who did more shows.

Was at 6. From my vantage point, I'd say Hartford was the best, Baltimore the worst. Was in non fan club seats for both. Hartford the energy took over the whole building. Baltimore I was side stage 101 and it was like a library. People next to me even left during the first encore break. Brooklyn 2 was better than 1 for me, but probably cause I was at the top of the building night 1, fan club night 2 1 aisle over from Mike when he came to say hi

I was only at Hartford, but I would have to agree with this. I'm basing this off of the 15 shows I've seen over the last 15 years. Hartford 2013 was easily the best crowd I've ever seen.

Agreed on Baltimore. It picked up some steam, but it was weak, especially early.
Sunday night though could be a factor?

I went to 3 shows. I would rank the crowd:

    Buffalo
    Pittsburgh
    Baltim0ar

I saw 5 shows, of them Hartford and Brooklyn 2 had the best crowds BY FAR. Interestingly those were the 2 weekend shows I attended. Philly 1&2 and Baltimore were considerably below those 2, crowd wise.

I'd say Brooklyn 2, Philly 1, and Hartford were all exceptionally loud. Brooklyn 1 and Philly 2 were okay but not great.

I was at five shows, and while the crowds were pretty good at all of them... Hartford stood out a good deal.

    1. More ppl does note equal better crowd.

    2. Best crowd does not mean loudest crowd (though it helps)

    3. Acoustics of arena will also contribute to crowd noise and singalongs

Brooklyn is a brand new arena. Acoustics are good. Sing alongs were very loud. I'd bet most people who went to both BK and CVille will pick BK. Basing this off fan views and audience recordings at this point.

I will bet on that. Moreover, I will double down and say this. If time travel were possible and you could go back to one show that was performed during the first leg of the PJ N.A. LB Tour---I bet most ppl would chose Charlottesville for numerous reasons. I bet.

This thread is about the best crowd, Charlottesville won best set list hands down, but that's about it, just read the fan views.

Maybe you should re-read the fan views. Vast majority rave about the crowd. Sorry you couldn't have been there.

A vast majority, but there were some that said the crowd wasn't all that good. You can't find anyone who said that about Hartford.

Charlottesville easily. The crowd was intense in a way I've rarely experienced.

Baltimore's crowd was mediocre until the 2nd encore.

I was at Brooklyn 2 and Charlottesville. Have no clue which was better as I was upfront for chville and couldn't tell. I will say that Charlottesville's crowd nailed the Sirens tag. First time ever done and the crowd nailed it!

Brooklyn was probably louder due to size of crowd.

But, I think Buffalo was the best crowd of the 8 shows I saw.

Went to three shows and in order of best crowd it went:

    1. Hartford
    2. Brooklyn 2
    3. Brooklyn 1

Hartford may have been one of the loudest crowds I've ever heard and I've been going to shows for over 20 years.

You could tell the band was really impressed with the crowd. Ed even said at one point that the fan reaction that night was not normal.

I was on the rail and there were times the crowd was louder than Ed singing.

Hopefully they mix it right so you can hear the crowd's true volume that night.

Great night and a great show.
