Has anyone had any problems with ordering merchandise from the shop online? I'm still waiting for my physical copy of Lightening Bolt plus a t-shirt I ordered over a month ago.

I've emailed the <!-- e --><a href="mailto:shipping@pearljam.com">shipping@pearljam.com</a><!-- e --> email but without much joy.

    Whenever I've had issues I had the opportunity to call them directly. I dont know whether that would be worth it, but the service on the phone has always proven good for me.

    I am not being critical. But you are not the only one just to let you know. In AUS received no vinyl as yet and merch from over a month ago. Hoping any day

    I think for international orders they say it can take 6-8 weeks. I got my LB vinyl from 10c last week, I think it was Thursday that they started arriving in the UK.

    Generally I receive orders from 10c within 3 weeks of shipping but I know others in the UK where it takes longer.

    I pre-ordered LB cd & vinyl back from 10c as soon as you were able to. I have received my vinyl but not the cd which is very weird as the vinyl was shipped after the cd! This is definitely the longest it has taken to receive something from 10c. Hoping everyday that the postman brings it!

    I've had issues since the mail innovation switch. Half of the stuff I order gets delivered, the other half is returned to Seattle with an undeliverable address. My Constitution Hall vinyl was supposed to be delivered Oct 10th, it was returned but 10C said they never got it back :roll: .

    I usually get generic responses when I e-mail the shipping address, I guess I'll have to call today at some point.

    i dont even think it anymore..
    i know takes 4-8 weks to arrive,so i learn live with it..
    thank God for digital downloads and good the halloween in Greece is on February

    It took 8 weeks for me to get a onesie I ordered, and that wasn't during a busy time like an album release. Unfortunately I believe long waits are kind of status quo, but on the plus side your merch is likely still on its way.

    Bought LB cd and two LB vinyls but got only cd. Support does not answer about four days. Is it normal?

    I have never had a problem. I got my LB vinyl a little later than I would have liked, but I bit my tongue when I saw some people were waiting and still waiting.

    I have ordered two things in the last month or so and they have both already arrived.

    The only problem I have had, is how much shipping has gone up to Canada, but that seems pretty minor compared to never getting something or waiting for months.

    I´ve got 2 CD of LB already (but I ordered only 1CD) and NO VINYL yet.
    Meybe they made mistake???

    So I am sending mail to 10c and the answer from 10c: Your order was shipped on 10-10-13 + some bullshit. 4 days ago, but after that no answer.

    Its more than 1 mo. after LB was released and I still dont have what I ordered in July??? Dont understand at all!

    there seems to have been a few isolated incidents this year with international shipping

    one around the xmas single for 2012 - the Uk ones had to be resent

    AND

    Lightning Bolt Vinyl....

    but the xmas singles thing was rectified very quickly, and the LB one is in process ....all will come through nicely im sure
