    they need to go back to just the 5 of them and if they wanna bring out Boom for Crazy Mary once a show then fine, but Im kinda over Boom butchering some of my fav songs.

    In my book, he is an band member. I think he likes chilling out into the background. Makes his life simpler while stil jamming with the guys and making aliving at what he loves.

    Look at a band like the Rolling Stones. The last official member they added was Ron Wood back in the 70's, but they have had the same guy playing bass now for almost 15 years, they have had the same guy playing piano/keyboards longer than that I believe, but they do not consider those guys official members. I think Boom is what he is, and that is ok with him and the band, and I like the five guys the band has now, and I see no reason for that to change.
    words seem so out of place.

    Reminds me of an old boot I have of Jimi Hendrix...he is introducing some people he brings on stage and a few people in the audience start to complain...Jimi says: "Fuck You...these are my friends!"

    If you love this band why do you hate their friends so much?
    Practically everybody that they bring on, from Boom to Sleater Kinney, we always get these people who hate them... throw your hatred down and enjoy the music for a change ... the band likes these people.
    I was alone and far away when I heard the band start playing!

    ...I was always a DeadHead, but when I first heard Winston Rodney, aka the Burning Spear, sing, I became a SpearHead too!
