It's running from June 26-28 so it would fit nicely after the Wuhlheide show.
... no PJ here, turns out it was Kings Of Leon, along with some smaller names.225xxx - 6/28/00, 10/20/01, 10/22/01, 9/11/06, 9/22/06, 9/23/06, 6/18/07, 6/26/07, 8/15/09, 6/25/10, 6/30/10, 7/4/12, 7/5/12, 7/7/12, 7/10/12, 6/26/14, 6/28/14, 7/3/18, 7/5/180 -
I don't think the time in Seattle makes a blind bit of difference to the time an announcement goes out. The 2007 euro tour appeared on the site at about 8.30 am UK time when it happened.A democracy on paper, apparently well ordered, regularly subverted by irrational chaos.
Manchester - 4/6/2000

2012 came around this time of the day if I remember correctly. It did, as did 2009. 2009 was 3 o'clock on the dot as I was just finishing work and had an agonising drive home hoping the tickets wouldn't run out.
I think 2006 was around 7.00 pm but that was in line with the annoucement for the Reading and Leeds festivals.A democracy on paper, apparently well ordered, regularly subverted by irrational chaos.

I dont like that, I am a huge fan but cant afford not sleeping regularly before having to go back to work the next day.
