The problem with this thread is that there is nothing on "Ten" that isn't perfect.
Aside from that, here's a stab:
Vs. - "Rats", because many of the lyrics' "facts" about rats are incorrect and that bugs me.
Vitalogy - "Satan's Bed" because "I'd never suck Satan's dick" is a dumb line in my opinion.
No Code - "Lukin" because it's short and unnecessary except as Ed therapy.
Yield - "Push me/ Pull me" because it belongs on an album of Ed spoken word.
Binaural - "Rival" because it doesn't stir any kind of passion in me.
Riot Act - "Bu$hleaguer" because of it's lack of subtlety and the fact that it is so easily dated.
Avocado - "Comatose" because it doesn't do much for me, unlike the rest of that album which I love.
Backspacer - "Johnny Guitar" which I just think is a dumb song.
Lightning Bolt - "Let the Records Play" which I actually like a lot more than I expected, but it still feels kind of out of place on the album for me.

Oh man I only made it through the first couple posts before my heart started to ache.... those are some of my favorite songs! All or none?!?! ouchies.
There are some songs that sure as shit aren't my favorite, which I might skip when they come on... but I don't think I'd want to omit them from the album completely... it's like part of the band's art or whatever. Anyway here goes my list of 'OK to skip songs':
Ten: Garden

Vitalogy: Whipping
No Code: I'm Open
Yield: MFC
Binaural: Soon Forget
Riot Act: You Are
Avacado: Gone
Backspacer: Amongst The Waves
Lightning Bolt: My Father's Son
One thing I love about this thread is that it illustrates how varied this band's tastes are, likewise it's fanbase. None of these songs were on my list, but more importantly, at least four would be on me dream setlist.

Douche canoe/kabob. That's right up there with the time I called my little brother a fart nugget in front of the whole family. Five seconds of dead silence, followed by five minutes of roiling laughter, fading into guffaws, then chuckles & wiping away tears from so much laughing. Wow Rico, someone ought to spank your behind!
I'm not touching this one on the basis that I would only leave off a total of maybe 5 or 6 songs and all from the last 3 albums. It would be wrong to make Backspacer any shorter than it already is though and 2 of my chosen songs are on it.
Like a book among the many on a shelf...
Dublin 02 Arena - 22/6/10. Belfast Odyssey Arena - 23/6/10. London Hyde Park - 25/6/10. Berlin Wuhlheide - 30/6/10.
Manchester MEN - 20/06/12. Manchester MEN - 21/06/12
At this point, I've aged so long with these records (I'm 35, bought Ten at 14), that's it would be impossible to cut anything because the songs are like a family to each record. That being said, flash forward and I can say "Johnny Guitar" never grew on me and sadly enough, "Sleeping By Myself" just bothers me on Lightning Bolt. But I really couldn't touch any record from Ten through Pearl Jam. Very interesting thread though.

This thread just shows how diverse this band is and how different fans have such different likes and dislikes. No need to call names because I listed Jeremy and Betterman. Sorry but I never need to hear these songs again. They're just not my favorites, never have been. I would keep the albums the way they are but think its fun to see what others would leave off if they had too. Someone mentioned not taking to Blood which is one of my favorites of any band ever.
Ten: Garden

Vitalogy: Whipping
No Code: I'm Open

Lightning Bolt: My Father's Son
One thing I love about this thread is that it illustrates how varied this band's tastes are, likewise it's fanbase. None of these songs were on my list, but more importantly, at least four would be on me dream setlist.
The 1st 4 I don't really dislike...just one song had to go. Ten has plenty of mid tempo rockers. Glorified G musically lacks the aggression compared to the rest of Vs. Whipping is a just a 2.5 minute single riff. I'm Open lyrically delivers a similar message as Present Tense or In My Tree.
MFC and Soon Forget are the shortest songs on the next two albums....see ya.
Now we get to songs I don't care for:
You Are - It sounds like an broken-up 80's hairband reuniting in the late 90's and doing a song with too many late 90's clichés in order to still sound relevant. If that makes any sense....probably not.
Gone & Amongst the Waves - Both come across as half developed and sound like they meander or were made up on the spot in order to just finish the song and get it on the album.
My Father's Son - There's too much going on with this thing. It sounds like they wanted the song to first be driven by a bass line, then they changed their minds and they wanted it to be vocal driven, then they're both competing over one another and Stone and Mike have no idea who they should follow, they'll just do this slide guitar doodle thing and call it good. Then the bridge comes and it carries zero resemblance to what they were doing to begin with. My Father's Son is like there's 3 songs trying to be played at once.
You Are - It sounds like an broken-up 80's hairband reuniting in the late 90's and doing a song with too many late 90's clichés in order to still sound relevant. If that makes any sense....probably not.
We have You Are engraved in our wedding bands ... I love that song! It is indeed interesting how different the tastes are. I think what I don't get the most is how people cannot like Rival and Parachutes. But I'm gonna love them even more now
