edited August 2006 in Given To Fly (live)
Relayers: Evolutionary, Darkcrow

Show starts @ 9pm UK Time.

Setlist: Go, Animal, Corduroy, Worldwide Suicide, Hail Hail, Severed Hand, Given To Fly, Green Disease, Even Flow, Small Town, Insignificance, Daughter/It's OK, Lukin, Whipping, Not For You, State Of Love And Trust, Black, Porch

Encore: Why Go?, Do The Evolution, Life Wasted, Alive, Rockin' In The Free World/Blitzkrieg Bop

Notes: Before 'Green Disease', Ed tells the crowd that the band have put out new records since the last time they were in the UK and that this was a song off of the last one. During the encore Ed thanks the crowd for being so welcoming and appreciative. He thanks them again before 'Life Wasted'. After 'Alive' he tells a story about how he had a dream George W. was "fucking... fucking us all" and he wasn't using a condom, so as he reached climax he had to pull out!

i predict they open with a Ten Classic. Like Once...

because remember this is a festvial show. thousands of people there are only gonna know a few songs off Ten.

i reckon the festivals sets will feature more stuff of VS Vitalogy and Ten.
and of course a big batch of new stuff thrown in the mix.

but they will open Leeds with a classic.

surely not in the UK: unless liverpool and leeds are in different time zones, it's 8:05, here

Ah: in liverpool it is raining as hell. Leeds is not so far, so people will have a wet concert, eh?

First post just to let you know that I'm watching BBC 3 and some chap was updating with the latest gossip.

This much I can tell you - he says that the band have bought all their own equipment, every last bit (apparantly this is unusual for a festival). Also says that the band will play for 1hr 45mins and something mumbled about EV coming down to the studio later. An interview? Hope so...

BBC is not covering Leeds. Seems like they will do Reading though.
    No link cause no coverage.
... and the will to show I will always be better than before.

I would say that Love Boat Captain is a dead cert to be played tonight. For all of you waiting for BBC3 to show it tonight, it isnt going to happen, they are covering the reading festival so Pearl Jam will be shown on sunday.

hmmm... maybe its part of a new dvd or something.. thats why its not being covered?
