Could anyone give me a list of the 1998 concerts that have really good sound quality - eg the ones broadcast on radio are usually really good.

    Thanks

Hello. I've found the July 2003 Mexico City shows but they all appear to be mp3s. Does anyone know where I can get the FLAC versions of these shows? In particular, I'm interested in the July 19th show but I would like to have all three. Can anyone help me out? direct me where they are in FLAC format? Thanks a lot.

Great job on the site, thank you.
I'm not having any luck downloading, (mp3 format), the Milwaukee shows from '95. At first the downloads wouldn't complete and now I'm getting that they are unavailable? :(
Could you check into that also?

    Thank you, Jim

Why a soundboard version? The official PJ boots from 2005/2006 have better quality than soundboard. However, if you really want a soundboard version long road that is good, go to thearmyreserve.blogspot.com at go to the 1995 US Leg II section and all of those concerts are great with Long Road premiering during that tour and Release did open a some of the shows.

I confirm that it is yesterday broadcast.

If you got problems with Megaupload try this:

    For Firefox browser:
    1. type about:config in address bar
    2. right click on any of values below
    3. choose "add..." -> "...string..." (not sure how it goes in an English version)
    4. in a popup type: general.useragent.override
    5. in a next popup type: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1; SV1; .NET CLR 1.1.4322; FDM; MEGAUPLOAD 1.0)
    6. reset the browser

    For Opera:
    1. type opera:config
    2. choose "special"
    3. paste this in every field except the first one: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1; SV1; .NET CLR 1.1.4322; FDM; MEGAUPLOAD 1.0)
    4. save & reset

    For Internet Explorer
    1. windows start menu -> run -> and there type regedit
    2. go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -> SOFTWARE -> Microsoft -> Windows -> CurrentVersion -> Internet Settings -> 5.0 -> User Agent
If there is no such key then you have to add it manually
    3. there should be a key called "(default)", click on it with a right mous button and chose "modify"
    4. paste this: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1; SV1; .NET CLR 1.1.4322; FDM; MEGAUPLOAD 1.0)
    5. save & reset

  • It seems we have many different fan sites listed here, all striving to basically achieve the same thing - download pearl jam shows. I realize hosting is cheap and everyone can have their own blog nowadays, but wouldnt the effort be more productive if we merged the show download archive into one super site (similar to how twofeetthick.com or five horizons are comprehensive to concert chronology)?

I just feel it's alot of wasted effort for pearljamamerica.com, armyreserve, etc. to upload duplicate shows, when we could be focusing on the shows that are not already available online yet.

I know I'm Gone has mentioned plans to upload all the shows eventually, but if you think about it, we are already a long way towards that goal and the effort may not even be necessary. It's largely an organization issue right now. Alot of the shows the armyreserve is missing are at pearljamamerica.com, and vice versa. Sure, if we compile the list and find that I'm Gone or whoever has a better version of a show it can always replace the old one.

If you remember back far enough, the site presenttense.net was similar to what I am thinking of. The difference of course, is that the file hosting in this scenario would be maintained by 3rd parties (ie. sendspace/megaupload).

This idea just seems like a way to unify the community a little more, and since many users are unaware of all the independent efforts being made, clean up and consolidate duplicate shows.
