as I don't have any boots to put up for exchange except the recently concluded Euro tour (which by the way is not allowed). I was wondering if anyone has the Nachtwerk, Munich, Germany (13/03/1992) boot leg. Would be very appreciative if i could download it.
Thanks a million.
If Pearl Jam was a beer, they'd probably be the best beer in the world!!

this show was posted in this thread a short while ago - do a thread search, and you'll find it.
set: Release, Go, Last Exit, Tremor Christ, Corduroy, Whipping, Not for You, Dissident, Daughter/(Sick o' Pussies), State of Love and Trust, Satan's Bed, Rearviewmirror, Act of Love (teaser), Immortality, Black, Blood, Porch
enc: Better Man, Spin the Black Circle, Indifference, Rockin' in the Free World
notes: Tickets to this show were available via a postcard mail-in lottery system. Lots of political speak from Ed at this show. Neil leaves before the end of the show so L7 joins PJ for the 'RitFW' encore which is absolutely amazing! Ed says he'll give Neil a tape of the show.
"hear my name, take a good look, this could be the day."
set: Jack Irons chant/Last Exit, Spin the Black Circle, Tremor Christ, Corduroy/Not for You, Animal, W.M.A., Lukin, Glorified G, Daughter, Rearviewmirror, Immortality, Blood
enc 1: Satan's Bed, Black, Porch, Garden, Go
enc 2: Better Man, Let My Love Open the Door
notes: Free tickets were mailed to Ten Club members and PJ appeared as the "Piss Bottle Men." Ed speaks of how they just got their vaccinations for the Asian tour, and, while speaking of "pains in the ass," says about the "jumping thing" (moshing and stagediving) that they are "beyond that now." 'Lukin' premiers at this show. A riff from 'Baba O'Riley' is played to open 'RVM.' 'Immortality's' ending is long, lingering and soft. They pause after a ripping 'Go' for Ed to note, "So this is what the fan club looks like ..." 'Let My Love Open the Door,' a Pete Townshend cover, is played for the first time live by the whole band.
"hear my name, take a good look, this could be the day."
set: Corduroy, Spin the Black Circle, Last Exit, Tremor Christ, Porch, Glorified G, Daughter/(Star Boy)/(The Real Me), Go, Animal, State of Love and Trust, Improv (I Don't Know About the Future), Not for You, Jack Irons chant/Immortality, Satan's Bed, Whipping, Even Flow, W.M.A., Blood
enc: Redemption Song, Yellow Ledbetter, Let My Love Open the Door
notes: Unusual to hear 'Porch' so early in a set. 'Go' features an extended intro. Ed gives his list of "B.S." words/phrases before 'Satan's Bed.' 'Even Flow' has a modified intro. 'Redemption Song' is a Bob Marley cover.
"hear my name, take a good look, this could be the day."
set: Release, Go, Last Exit, Spin the Black Circle, Tremor Christ, Corduroy, Not for You, Lukin, Even Flow, Dissident, Animal, Deep, Jeremy, Rearviewmirror, Immortality, Alive, jam/Blood
enc 1: Daughter/(ABitW-II)/(W.M.A.)/(Little Wing teaser), Why Go, Porch
enc 2: Sonic Reducer
notes: The show is interrupted periodically with PA announcements stating that the show wouldn't continue if the crowd continued moshing (Singapore being extremely strict). PJ tells the crowd that's it's OK but to "keep it cool." The jam before 'Blood' is a funny 'Right Here Waiting' [Richard Marx - eek!] tease with these lyrics:
whatever you do
wherever you are
you can fuck [?]
wherever you piss
wherever you shit
make sure not to fall asleep in it
wherever you pee [?]
wherever you spit
make sure you're not caught by the cops
don't want to be caned
don't want to be shot
i just wanna... rock
During the 'Porch' jam, Ed shakes people's hands in the front, saying, "Hi, how are ya ... nice to mee you ... glad you could be here." In the middle of the show, Ed starts jamming the mic stand into the stage, breaking open a hole. The whole band disappears into it after the first set and returning for the encore back through the opening. Mark Arm joins PJ for 'Sonic Reducer' and invites everyone to an "afterparty" at a small island off Singapore at the end of the show.
"hear my name, take a good look, this could be the day."
not the best recording, but a recording nonetheless...
nice one man! thanks for the help!
die on a hilltop.. eyeing the crows,
waiting for your lids to close..
but you want to watch as they peck your flesh..
Ironic that they go for the eyes first

Description found via google:
"The legendary tapes made by FLANO, the Pearl Jam Massage Therapist during the 1992
Lollapalooza Tour...what can I say, but that this is uncut, rare camcorder footage
of everything from Eddie stumbling about wine bottle in hand, to soundchecks, to
Beth playin around in the trailer, to Flea learning BASS licks from MINISTRY, to
Jeff's back massage..."
Editor's note:
This is four hours of footage. There is good video of some legendary PJ Lollapalooza
performances, but this is NOT one big four hour concert. The description above paints
a good picture.
The two tapes were captured from a professional-grade VCR, with Timebase correction and
noise reduction, but still leaves plenty to be desired. For an old tape, with some
classic lollapalooza moments, it's a great find.
Hail everybody, been checking and downloading some of PJ´s most memorable shows ever for quite some time now..and this thread really helped me enhance my quest, so a brutal fuckin´ thank you to everyone who´s been contributing with all these pearls
Well, my only bummer so far has to do with this particular Boston show, the first of the experiment..don´t know if anyone has noticed it before, i´ve done thread searches to no avail so i decided to ask if someone could kindly upload it again, ´cause the original one not only has an audience recording mixed in with the official boot which flows from "Dissident" up to "Whipping", as well as somewhat annoying seconds of silence, immediately following the end of every track..i know this can be easily fixed but given the other "anomaly", if someone could re-upload an improved version, i´d very much appreciate it
Thanks a lot once again in advance
Cheers!
Heads Up:
Does anyone have a better recording of Night One of 1996 Bridge school. The mp3's for Footsteps and Sometimes are corrupted.
Also the Flac links arent dloading all of the songs, just some of them.
Any help? I tried dloading each twice and It happened both times.
And so you see, I have come to doubt All that I once held as true I stand alone without beliefs The only truth I know is you.

If you're talking about the one uploaded earlier in this thread, then that might make sense that there are problems. I uploaded it, and its source is 3/4 the official boot and 1/4 the mp3s that the 10c allowed you to download when you bought the disc online. when my cds came, one was cracked (fucking up a couple songs), so i just inserted the mp3s from the 10c download onto my ipod - and they may be of lesser quality (although I've never really noticed a difference).
i am after these boots:

enc: Rearviewmirror, Dissident, Yellow Ledbetter, Porch
notes: This date was originally scheduled at Boise Idaho's University Pavilion. Ed quell rumors of PJ returning to Ticketmaster for ticketing by beginning the show with, "... you may have heard about us giving into Ticketmaster in L.A. and New York City. Well, I just wanna tell ya—that's bullshit." 'Long Road' is premiered here. 'Why Go' features a new drum intro. After 'Alive,' a kid throws his baseball cap up on stage, Ed says, "He throws his hat up on stage, now he says 'hey eddie I want it back.' Ah, he just wanted me to hold it he says. I'll do more than just hold it,'" and he proceeds to turn around, unzip his pants and stick the hat down his pants, then pulls it out, and says, "There you go" as he throws the hat back to the kid. At the start of the encore, Stone says, "Where's that hat? I wanna smell that hat." Ed goes into a story about other places they could have played in Wyoming ... "Thermopolis" (crowd boos). Jeff: "Straight outta Thermopolis." Ed: "We could played Bar None. Is there actually a city called Meeteetsie? Don't touch me teet-sie. We really thought seriously about playing Cokeville but we didn't think that was very PC, so we thought Green River might fit." He chats about some other towns and then says he's glad they're in Casper (huge applause) and thanks Bad Religion and mentions that they played with them before in Germany, leading to 'RVM.' The aftershow Monkeywrench Radio broadcasts begin after this concert, with Ed spinning favorites such as the Foo Fighters and Pete Townshend disks and taking phone calls.
"hear my name, take a good look, this could be the day."
I just went through all the pages and don't see some shows I would like. Trying to get all the shows I have been to so does anyone have...
9-1-98 Lakewood - Atlanta, GA
Thanks a ton in advance and I have really enjoyed looking at all of these shows and making my lists of shows I want to download. Thanks for all your hard work!! It is appreciated!!
set: I Only Play for Money (EV w/ The Frogs), Act of Love, Go, Last Exit, Spin the Black Circle, Tremor Christ, Corduroy, Not for You, Why Go, Jeremy (original, teaser), Deep, Daughter/Improv (This is How I Feel)/(Release)/(ABitW-II), Jeremy (new), Rearviewmirror, Elderly Woman, Lukin, Animal, Dissident, Even Flow, Black, Alive, Blood
enc: Star Boy, Little Wing/Maggot Brain, Better Man, Porch
notes: If a show could have been any different (and better!) than the previous night, this was it. Ed surprises the audience by joining the Frogs' set for 'I Only Play for Money.' Dressed in a Beatles-type wig, sunglasses and shiny silver jacket, he is not recognizable until he begins to sing. In return, Jimmy of the Frogs accompanies Ed in the acoustic encore 'Star Boy.' A surprising opening song, 'Act of Love,' is extremely hard and driven. Lots of long jams that really show off Mike's ability. For the encore, Chad Smith (RHCP's drummer) joins PJ and a fascinating version of the Hendrix classic, 'Little Wing.' They jam for about eight minutes, mutating into 'Maggot Brain,' a funkadelic song from the 70s penned by Eddie Hazel. Mike's guitarwork leaves the crowd (and the rest of the band apparently) awestruck. It was later reported that Mike was hospitalized after the two Milwaukee shows due to dehydration and exhaustion.

enc: Better Man, Alive, Blood, Footsteps, Yellow Ledbetter
notes: Ed thanks everyone for coming and being able to find an "alternative date" (referencing the rescheduling of this stretch of shows). After 'Dissident,' Ed says, "We're just gonna try this one" leading to a funky, hard version of 'Satan's Bed.' Stone's comment afterward: "Well!" 'I'm One' (from Quadrophenia) is the 'Daughter' tag. 'Even Flow' is a rousting version with an extended guitar jam, leading to a super 'RVM' and a sweet 'I Got Shit.' During the encore, Ed says, "You all got school tomorrow? There's too many of you to write notes for."
"hear my name, take a good look, this could be the day."

Has the 10 Club ever said anything about any future Vault releases? So far, we have only seen one (the 1993 Vegas show), but was wondering if there had been any further news that I had missed.
The downloads should be much faster than through this megaupload thing.
And they are all tagged properly.

Hello...
I know this post is almost a couple weeks back in the thread (page #18), and I did find some of the bootlegs that were not linked here or listed on the first page.Thankyou! But I wanted to point out that there are a lot of problems, and it just isn't with the pearljambootlegs.org site.
Anyhow, my guess is when you take a show and compress the files to a .rar file, if the song titles are too long, then the file breaks during decompression and you're left with a show missing either a songs. Most notably missing are "Elderly Woman Behind the Counter in a Small Town" (for obvious reasons), and "Daughter", when all of its tags are listed.
When I tried to D'L the 10-14-2000 and 10-15-2000 shows from that site, I ended up with a nightmare... because all of the files are tagged with the name of the venue and date for some reason
i.e. each track is titled something like:
'1-01 Long Road 2000-10-14 Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion, Woodland, TX, USA'
So Winrar takes one look at that long file title, says "no way", and then moves on to the next song in the collection, which will be broken. It continues until it can unzip a song that is in working condition.
A few songs survived, because the file became '1-02 BRE~' instead of spelling out everything, then I'd listen to the tracks to figure out which song it was (it was "Breakerfall", not "Breath"), and at the end of the day I only end up getting around ten songs out of these two 30-song shows.
Other 2000 shows with problems: 5-25-2000 Barcelona is missing "Alive" and "Wishlist" from the 2nd disc. 5-30-2000 Wembley II is missing "Eldery Woman... Small Town" from the 2nd sic.
The first link to 6-25-2000 had most of the songs broken (all songs longer than eight characters, since - Pearl Jam - was added after the title and track number). A subsueqent different download link worked correctly.
8-3-2000 is missing Track 7 "Given to Fly" for some reason. The GTF.met file did unzip from the file fine, however, whatever those are for (Macintosh database files?)
So, from the 2000 tour, this thread is missing these shows: #27 08/04/00, Charlotte, NC, Blockbuster Pavillion (Not posted yet) #36 08/18/00, Indianapolis, IN, Deer Creek Music Center (Swear I've seen it, but can't find it now)
And these need reposted due to errors: #02 05/25/00, Barcelona, Spain - Disc 2 (or both discs) #05 05/30/00, London, England - Wembley Arena [2] #26 08/03/00, Virginia Beach, VA, GTE VA Beach Amphitheatre #56 10/14/00, Woodland/Houston, TX, Cynthia Woods Pavillion [1] #57 10/15/00, Woodland/Houston, TX, Cynthia Woods Pavillion [2]
I know I had problems with one winzip file, but most come from winrar and most are caused by long titles... so be forewarned if you're using that program. I do not think file titles can be changed from within a zipped winrar file, just viewed. I've downloaded these a couple of times but ended up with the same problems unless someone else posted a different copy of the show.
Thank you again, I just wanted to draw the attention to these files. Enjoying the '96 and '98 shows immensely.
Has the 10 Club ever said anything about any future Vault releases? So far, we have only seen one (the 1993 Vegas show), but was wondering if there had been any further news that I had missed.
That's a good question, and one I can't answer. For starters, the show would have to be not only in great condition soundwise (soundboard source), but it also would require historic significance as well. Most PJ sets are now anywhere from 23-35 songs long, so the chances of new-century fans wanting to download boots won't be swayed by an old show with only nine songs on it from only one or two albums as sources. Then again, there's someone everyday who wants to buy the 'MTV Unplugged' show, which is more of an EP than a full-length, and has been cut by many third-parties for expensive Import bootlegs (which people are still willing to buy, after almost 15 years).
It would be great if there were three or four definitive shows from each tour available to download.
Up until just a while ago, there were two shows available on the boots page 12-31-92 NYC and 11-30-93 Vegas. Since then, they've taken the NYC boot off the page.
Why is the New Years '92 show no longer available? Was it the second disc that came with pre-ordered editions of 'Avocado' that opened with "Speed Wash", or is that another show?

After 'Dissident,' Ed says, "We're just gonna try this one" leading to a funky, hard version of 'Satan's Bed.' Stone's comment afterward: "Well!" 'I'm One' (from Quadrophenia) is the 'Daughter' tag. 'Even Flow' is a rousting version with an extended guitar jam, leading to a super 'RVM' and a sweet 'I Got Shit.' During the encore, Ed says, "You all got school tomorrow? There's too many of you to write notes for."

Other 2000 shows with problems:
5-25-2000 Barcelona is missing "Alive" and "Wishlist" from the 2nd disc.
So, from the 2000 tour, this thread is missing these shows:
#27 08/04/00, Charlotte, NC, Blockbuster Pavillion (Not posted yet)
#36 08/18/00, Indianapolis, IN, Deer Creek Music Center (Swear I've seen it, but can't find it now)
And these need reposted due to errors:
#02 05/25/00, Barcelona, Spain - Disc 2 (or both discs)
#05 05/30/00, London, England - Wembley Arena [2]
#26 08/03/00, Virginia Beach, VA, GTE VA Beach Amphitheatre
#56 10/14/00, Woodland/Houston, TX, Cynthia Woods Pavillion [1]
#57 10/15/00, Woodland/Houston, TX, Cynthia Woods Pavillion [2]
I know I had problems with one winzip file, but most come from winrar and most are caused by long titles... so be forewarned if you're using that program. I do not think file titles can be changed from within a zipped winrar file, just viewed. I've downloaded these a couple of times but ended up with the same problems unless someone else posted a different copy of the show.
Thank you again, I just wanted to draw the attention to these files. Enjoying the '96 and '98 shows immensely.
