Man, I am so excited about this setlist tonight.
Of the earth would have been a nice tune to see played, though.
The best part about seeing PJ live is their setlist variations.
Hour after hour I spend in joyful hope for this type of setlist.

Rocky T-Shirt? Philadelphia? Are they going to play Eye Of The Tiger?

I remember the Rocky T-shirt... Buenos Aires 2013!

What's the point of getting all jacked up about these set lists, when there is absolutely no indication that official recordings will ever be made available? Is it just because its interesting, are you going to collect the shifty audience boots?, help me understand.

There is a thread on this in the Porch. I believe in one of the 10C newsletters they mentioned boots after the tour.

    1. They will release boots
    2. I just find it amazing/interesting what they play each night
    3. I won't get all of them released or audience. Just a couple of my favorites.

Don't worry. It will. Not a bad or expected set list this tour

    Unreal setlist.

They should do more tours without opening bands.
It seems to be inspiring Ed.

Boots don't have much to do with it... I guess they kind of do... Audience recordings aren't shitty btw... Prior to 2000 that's all we had...

Anyway... Set lists are like opening Christmas presents... Seeing what they're busting out, trying to anticipate what they play at your own next show... Bottom line it's just fun... We're nuts. Lol

Usually I just get the boots from shows I attend (and I try to avoid shifty people as a matter of principle).

^^ +1 on all points. Also, BN8419 ,they have released boots for *most* shows since 2000 I think it is so that's a pretty good indication that official recordings will be made available.

10 song encore?? Nights like this I really miss living in Philly.
Stunned by my own reflection, it's looking back sees me too clearly and I swore I'd never go there again. Not unlike a friend that politely drags you down.

Have a buddy at the show and he says the band is on fire but the GA crowd has little energy. Might be time to open GA up to everyone including public to get some new energy. Nothing worse than fans who have seen the band 30 times but don't show any enthusiasm beyond raising an arm every now and then. Even Rolling Stones pits have energy. Embarrassing.

    That's the truth !
If anything everybody should Rock out even harder knowing they have to be responsible 90 percent of the time. Make that other 10 worth it !![/quote]

I have been to many concerts big and small and as giving and loving as the PJ family is on this site when it comes to GA concerts they are true bitches. Through my experiences, if you crowd them, or sing to loudly, or have too much fun, they get all bent out of shape and give you the bitch eye for infringing on their good time. And god forbid somebody goes to the bathroom or to get a beer and then tries to get back to their spot. If you leave you might as well know you are giving up your spot for good.

Seems like it. Just hope no one (Ed) gets burnt out and can't handle night two...like what happened in Worcester. Really loved both shows, but you can't argue he wasn't beat for night 2.

I just realized that they are playing Philly tonight (I was still on the high of my own Brooklyn shows)
I love these threads. I guess I hear the songs in my head, and it's fun to see I am not the only excited one. Happiness for those in attendance also factors in, I guess. Especially when you are not envious because you just attended your own amazing shows :)
