i was able to grab some GA tickets from a fellow member.. so my upper level seats are up for grabs (shameless plug, worcester 2, face or less, sec 212)

i already posted those for sale, but my question is this..

if it comes to it, who has had luck unloading tickets in front of the venue? They will be face value or less... i have bought tickets this way before, but never sold them. will i have to hustle the hell out of these things, or should it be pretty easy??

people are always looking for tix at the pre parties...most wishlist parties have a "need/has" a ticket list that you can sign and add your contact info so if someone goes and is looking, they will see you on the list

sounds like a plan! thanks dude.

im waiting for the "well, maybe you shouldn't have been so greedy with your tickets response" LOL. worst case is that i take a bath on these things, and in my mind i justify it by saying it was all in the cost of getting my GA.

Be careful, some venues have laws about how far away you have to be when offering tix for resale. My brother got busted once trying to sell extra tickets for face value at Yankee Stadium.
I escaped it...a life wasted...I'm never going back again

I believe its all of New York State....the law is 1500 feet from a stadium/arena.

Yankee Stadium is the strongest enforcer of all.

so apparently in Massachusetts you are supposed to have a license for resale.

however, i doubt the dudes on the street selling tickets have one.. what i gather is that it might be deemed an "outdated law" in mass, and despite the law, its kind of like the wild west here, in terms of ticket sales.

so i feel like i can get away with trying to sell a couple for at or below face value in front of the venue.
