ummmmm that's what I would expect from someone with your social and personal problems...you wake up in the morning with another man...how can I take any thing you post seriously ? have a nice day.

And you're not a bigot? I am embarrassed to be part of a community that includes you.

So Dork posting that photo was a nice post? I'm embarrassed to be in a community that is so misinformed.
How can I be lying when all I did was post sites that covered the ride. The "progressive" site did not cover this nor did the lame stream media. And the video of traffic that day was rigged. I did watch it like others did....I did not see the snow but there were a large number of people that did see it....why would they lie? They are not politician they are just regular working class people.
I really do not understand how Bikers having a ride for those that died on 9-11 can make people so angry and hateful. What do you hate about this ride? Because it WAS for all that died.

GF you have in the past posted some very ridiculous things but on this one you really are showing some very immature responses. So we now know your position on Muslims I think....is it the same for people of color...? African Americans that is.

From now on I'll make sure to NOT take ANY of your posts seriously. Wow, unbelievable.

And that's your problem, isn't it?

OH... you go on and on about freedom, but what you REALLY want is assimilation. You want the "freedom" to dump on people who are not like you.

And that's not the America that you live in.

    Sorry.

As soon as you can post something that says otherwise.

Which .... we're on page 5 and you can't find a single picture that shows "four lanes wide and 55 miles long" of bikers.

I mean, you're the one who started the thread... we're all just pointing out that you're posting links about an event that we don't think happened. An event that seems to be spending a lot of energy playing the victim that they didn't get enough press when we can't even prove that more than maybe a couple hundred bikers showed up.

You would think that in the days of the GoPro camera, the cell phone picture, Youtube, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook and Google+ that SOMEONE would have taken some kind of picture to prove this ride even happened. There was one news story that showed MAYBE a 50 bikers ride past the reporter and that's all.

    Nothing else.

The group got maybe 50,000 riders.

if 2 million bikers or 2 million people doing anything had come into DC on 9/11 the whole world would have known about it and there would be pictures and video easily found to prove that it happened.

An estimated 50,000 bikers entered D.C. this morning in a long line of chrome to counter the Million Muslim March (later changed to Million American March Against Fear) on the mall. The thousands of bikers acted as a foil to the march, drawing thousands of participants despite being denied a "no-stop" permit for their ride, and say they are riding to honor the victims of 9/11. Their message? That they're patriots who carry a message to the U.S. government: "They're not representing us in the ways they should be representing us," said participant Bob Buckley.

Although they didn't reach a goal of two million riders, thousands of bikers rolled through the Washington, D.C. area to mark the 12th anniversary of 9/11 on Wednesday.

The bikers -- riding with the group "Two Million Bikers to D.C." -- snarled traffic on the Beltway with a ride honoring the victims of the Sept. 11, 2001 terrorist attacks and the members of the military called to serve after the attacks

    Uh... no. It didn't.

You really think that after all the bile thrown at me in my life that your comment about how I wake up next to my husband in the morning hurts my feelings? Because it doesn't. It just makes you look bad.

I'm not pissed off at all. I actually am pretty stoked about the cross-board reaction you got from people here.

Maybe Aerial meant to post about this motorcycle ride to commemorate and honor the victims of 9/11

    http://www.nydailynews.com/new-york/gov-cuomo-billy-joel-lead-9-11-motorcycle-ride-article-1.1451965

Gov. Cuomo, "Piano Man" Billy Joel and firefighters roared to Ground Zero in a 9/11 memorial motorcycle ride Wednesday morning.

Cuomo, on a black Harley-Davidson, and songwriter Joel, on a blue-and-white Drifter, led dozens of bikers from the Rescue 1 firehouse on W. 43rd St. to the World Trade Center site.

So 50,000 is good still (if your right)...though your site is a progressive site and I don't agree with the article but at least Dork can not say it did not happen. This article also tries to make it into something bad....so be it, I did not expect anything less....
I just do not understand the anger on here just because the Bikers had a ride ti DC to honor Americans that died.

Sad Trombone... that story says it was "about 1,000" riders who left Tennessee and that they organizers expected about 50,000. But there is NO report of them coming anywhere close to that.

What does it matter? It matters. When your story is wrapped in "we had 2 million bikers and the mainstream media blacked it out and changed the street cameras and is Big Brother because they're against FREEDOM," you have to actually back that up with something. And they CAN'T back it up with anything because their ride was just a small group of riders... with a vaguely anti-Muslim message and a nebulous "to support the people who died" (many of whom were Muslim, by the way) message. IT wasn't a huge ride. There is no "lamestream media" conspiracy to hide the numbers who were there.

    There weren't many people there.

Stop trying to paint your selves as "victims" when you're not victims. You're not some poor put-upon minority that the press and the president are against or that the "liberals" are out to get.

I once held the body of a dead friend in a hospital room while the nurse on duty spoke to her friend on the phone saying "the faggot in 304 finally kicked it and his butt buddy is crying on his corpse." I was 21. So was he.

Let me know when you think you can top that.

Because what you said was that I wake up every morning next to another man. And back in 1992... our motto was "every day that you wake up still alive... you win."

So.... when you tell me I wake up every morning next to another man.... you're telling me that me and my husband won.

So yeah.... that didn't hurt my feelings at all.

Oh fuck, man, that's very fucking heavy. Just hearing about it get's me so freaking pissed. I don't understand the cruelty some people are capable of. It just doesn't register in my brain how it can be. I'm sorry you had this happen. If there really is such a thing as Karma, that lady is in for some fucking shit.

So yeah.... that didn't hurt my feelings at all.

I could go into stories about a 8 year old little girl that passed in her fathers arms while we all stood around them and other stories of dear friends who have passed but there is no "topping that" in the loss of a loved one,the world of friends gets smaller as we grow older and as for unkind comments from nurses ....well they deal with death everyday and unfortunatly they say things that may hurt other people but trust me they go to sleep at night thinking about it because life has a way of bringing things full circle.
dude it just sounds weird to me when a male says "my husband" ...I will never get used to that so no I'm not telling you that you won but if you believe that then more power to you(in a polite way)
and as for the folks that got all but hurt over my comment.... :o please !!!!open your eyes and wake up this is a forum filled with internet personalitys and internet opinions you (POD) posted a comment or picture and I reacted wtf do you cry babies think would happen ? :fp: so really don't give me your pure at heart and better than you BS
