2 Millions Bikers to DC

This is awesome!

The bikers rally, as posted, intends to achieve 4 specific goals:
1. WE, THE AMERICAN PEOPLE, WILL STAND BY OUR CONSTITUTION (AS WRITTEN, NOT AS INTERPRETED BY THE THIS OR ANY PREVIOUS ADMINISTRATION), WE WILL STAND BY OUR BILL OF RIGHTS (AS WRITTEN) AND WE STAND FOR AMERICA!
2. THIS EVENT IS TO OUR HONOR AND RESPECT THOSE WHO WERE KILLED ON 9/11 AND THEIR FAMILIES! IT IS ALSO IN REMEMBRANCE OF THOSE IN ALL OUR ARMED FORCES WHO FOUGHT THOSE WHO PRECIPITATED THIS ATTACK!
3. WE STAND AGAINST ANY “FUNDAMENTAL TRANSFORMATION OF AMERICA” BY THIS ADMINISTRATION OR ANY PREVIOUS ADMINISTRATION!
4. WE WILL NOT STAND DOWN WE WILL STAND UP IF NEED BE FOR OUR LIBERTIES. ** THIS IS A PEACEFUL “RIDE”. WE ARE NOT PROMOTING NOR DO WE CONDONE VIOLENCE OF ANY KIND! WE ARE RIDING TO SHOW OUR LOVE OF AMERICA AND THE SHINING EXAMPLE OF FREEDOM THIS COUNTRY PROVIDES TO THE WORLD!**

Hope they get 2 million

  • The Parks Commission gave a permit to the a Muslim Group but denied this group a permit.... Historically these liberal groups can never come close to the projected numbers and the MSM always inflates the totals. Lets see them dispute these numbers:

I certainly do not dispute that there were at least 200 bikes in that video!

I was watching the cams also for awhile and stopped because I never saw one Bike....

Something really weird is happening around DC today! Please take note and share! My childhood friend and Virginia radio personality Bill Carroll has been scoping out the DC area traffic cams. Despite the fact that 1.5 million motorcyclists are in DC today, NONE are visible on traffic cam and some of the cams are showing video with SNOW on the ground! Someone is looping old footage for some reason!

Here is a screenshot and Bill's original post:

"Ok something is a bit fishy.. I went to Trafficland and low and behold there's NOT a motorcycle in sight. Yet, current media estimates that all of their sightings are at 1.5 million bikers right now.... I went to 495 cams, 395 cams, I66, 14th St. Bridge practically EMPTY??? Yeah right Pennsylvania Ave, Constitution Ave, Front of the White House, EVERYWHERE... So why is the govt or VDOT looping a comfy Sunday afternoon in some pictures with NO TRAFFIC AT ALL and there's actual snow on the ground in other pictures..."

  • Can you link to something that proves to us that there were actually 1.5 million "bikers" in Washington DC yesterday?

Something from a reputable news source?

    Anything?

Googling "one point five million bikers converge on DC" on my PC brought up... ahhh, yeah. No, nothing there... really.

I mean has anybody actually thought about the logistics of getting 1.5 million bikers into DC? I mean, for a start there are only 9 million motorbikes registered in the USA. So yeah, one in every 6 motorbikes in the entire 5000 mile long country is supposed to have gathered in one place in the USA for this rally? Yeah right. That's absolutely idiotic.

Then there's the impact of 1.5 million motorbikes riding through one city, the whole city would be at an absolute standstill. But the entire procession only took 50 minutes to roll through, and they weren't going very fast.

Most estimates I have read put it at about 10,000 bikes.

From what I've read, the 2 Million Bikers parade was inspired as a counter-protest to the "Million Muslim March", which was renamed in February as the "Million American March Against Fear" and ultimately only got 25 people to attend it...

    http://www.wnd.com/2013/09/2-million-bi ... ms-in-d-c/

Basically it was a handful of 9/11 Truthers, a few activists from American Muslim Political Action Committee, and Dr. Cornel West.

A group of Benghazi Truthers also got a permit to hold a rally on the mall and didn't get a whole lot of attendance either... http://thinkprogress.org/security/2013/ ... ly-dozens/

Meanwhile, however many bikers there were, they succeeded in bringing a very patriotic amount of air & noise pollution, and gave the people in the traffic jams they caused something to gawk at... and one biker hit a pedicab when he "blacked out" from the heat... http://www.nbcwashington.com/news/local ... 71211.html

All in all, a great display of American idiots of all stripes. Well done, 'Merica!

Oh, i'm not trying to put it down, 10,000 bikes is a great rally, I was on a 1500 bike rally the other weekend and it was amazing fun. I was just reacting to the paranoid rantings about traffic cams, and some conspiracy to cover up 1.5 million motorbikes rumbling through DC, for... some reason. People will see conspiracy bullshit everywhere if they are determined to see it.

Of course there was no coverup, the explanation for why the traffic cams did not catch 1.5 million bikes is an awful lot more simple.

I do not find that funny even in a sarcastic way. These riders did this in memorial for the fallen on 9/11, so this is a reason to call them idiots?

I heard from someone who read something on the Internet that saw something on a Weblog that most of the riders were 'Ghost Riders'.
    ...
I couldn't figure out if there were 'there in spirit'... or if they were more like those ghosts in 'Lord Of The Rings' that ended up killing those giant elephants.
    ...
But, it IS true... you know... because someone told me.

55 MILES LONG, 4 LANES WIDE, NO WONDER THE NEWS IS SILENT ON THIS REVOLUTION!!

Take this for what it’s worth, the DC Police, notorious for under reporting the numbers of conservative patriotic American’s that show up for rallies in DC, admitted that 1.2 million bikers showed up.

To put the number in perspective... The January 1st Rose Bowl football game brings in about 100,000 people... fans only, not including the global media and all of the support and logistics people.
    ...
1 million is 10 Rose Bowls. That means the entire crowd that went to the Rose Bowl... times 10... equals 1 million. 2 million is 20 Rose Bowls.
Now, imagine 20 Rose Bowl crowds... with their motorcycles on the streets of D.C. at the same time.
    ...
You'd think someone would report on that... even the 'lamestream' media... which includes FOX News. Where are the FOX News reports on this?

Yeah. The DC police said that... according to the orgainizers themselves. On their own Facebook page.

By the way... whining that your little rally didn't get enough press and saying it's a conspiracy that you didn't get on the front page of the newspaper... that's pretty lame.

It shows that you only did it for press.

and tell us, Ariel... What is it that they hoped to accomplish? Showing their support for... what, exactly?

Or did they just do it to get on the TeeVee?

Because.. and you might find this surprising... on September 11th just before we're about to go to another random war in the middle east and young girls are being sold to middle aged men who rape them to death in Yemin, gays are being raped with coke bottles for "fun viral videos" in Russia, floods are drowning people in Colorado and a plethora of other things... maybe a story about a bunch of fat old white people on their Harleys (which aren't motorcycles as much as expensive douchebag hobby equipment) slowly riding through a city without any real message we haven't heard before (and is boring) isn't really interesting enough to make the evening news.

  • AND... Just in case you feel that the poor Harley Riders have been WRONGED by all the media ignoring their huge numbers...

Take a look at this picture posted ON THEIR OWN FACEBOOK PAGE and used in a YouTube video that they posted... (it's at :46)

    bikersdc1.jpg

That's a HUGE crowd. You'd think the media would report that... right?

That picture is all over MANY blogs, showing the huge numbers that were there that day. Check out this Google Image Search showing the MANY blogs and new stories that used that picture to show the sheer numbers of people there.

Problem. That picture isn't from the 9/11 "2 million bikers" ride. It's from a memorial day ride. In 2009.

Look here to see it again on the NPR site. Picture #11.

If they can't even be trusted to use actual pictures from the actual event... maybe their reporting numbers of 880,000 or up to 1,500,000 people are... also totally bogus.

  • Oh.. and Ariel... if you're even still reading this...

    http://www.borntoride.com/new/wordpress ... under-xxv/

That's a rally that happened in 2012. Where you can find MANY of the pictures that the "2 million bikers" are claiming were taken last Tuesday.

can you find a picture...even ONE picture of the "four lanes wide and 55 miles long" rally you claim took place?

    Because... it didn't.
