    don't throw it out. down the line you might appreciate having the picture. put it away somewhere. and what might it say to your sister if she finds out you threw her picture out? girls can have such self esteem issues in those years and finding out her brother threw her picture in the trash might be a bad thing. nothing lost by holding onto it somewhere.
