please help my dying grandson

My grandson was born with a rare heart disease. Hypo plastic left heart syndrome. He is three, almost four. He had open heart Surgery on the 21st of August. The doctors think the surgery for whatever reason was incorrect for him. Since they 21st he has had four or five procedures to correct it. He has been on life support since August 23th. Maybe the procedure they did today will let him stabilize so they can take him back to surgery to undo the new technique they used. If so he will be put on the waiting list for a heart transplant. They hope he will live at least three years or so till he makes the list! then maybe he can live a normal life.
Now he has pneumonia and a bacterial blood infection and is bleeding in his abdomen! Today the tried a new procedure to stabilize him. and hopefully he will get better.
All I am asking for is you and your angels prays. Please help a Grandpa out. His name is Roger Wedlake. Thanks for looking at this letter. Pearl jam fans are the best people I know!

    Norman - My heart is breaking for you and your family and your sick, little man here. I know nothing I can say can make this any easier for any of you. There is nothing more heart-wrenching than seeing a sick little one and desperately wanting to take their suffering away. But know that my thoughts are with you, and with the medical team that is working to help your grandson. And I am sending up good wishes for you, your family and especially wonderful little Roger.

    Oh my gosh! Norman, I'm so sorry. What an incredibly brave little man Roger is, my little girl turned 3 only a week ago and i could not even begin to imagine what you guys are going through. We are thinking of you all over here in Oz and are wishing him all the very best.

    I am so so sorry. I wish all the best for little Roger, hopefully he will get better. My thoughts are with all of you in these hard times.

    You have my prayers for strength and peace for you and your family and for little brave Roger. I will also pray for guidance of the doctors to help him get well again. I can't imagine the pain you must all be feeling but know that we are here praying to ease that for you and your sweet little grandson.

    Hello everyone,
    Today they took Roger off the paralytic medication and he squeezed his dads finger! :D They will do some tests Wednesday, possibly take him back to surgery. But, it was hope unlooked for!
    Pearl jam fans are the best people I ever met! :D
