Can't believe the day is finally here!!!! I am leaving London around noon and plan to be in Toronto around 2ish. Head to the 10C, pick up tickets, meet up with friends and head to the Moose for around 3.
Anyone not planning on seeing MMJ, and staying later?
I hope there are people there until 7:30 - 8:00...... any ideas?
eddie will be on stage around 7:30 for his solo

I am reserving this for a "at the moment" decision.
So far, I am having such a shitty day, that a few more beers supercedes the Eddie Solo.

I should have posted this on May 11. I've been busy at work and hectic times are finally calming.
The Toronto fundraisers were a great success again this year. In total, we raised $2200 for the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation. $610 went to CCFA Northwest Chapter for the autographed books. Shelly and Luke helped a whole lot at the tables both nights.
The atmosphere at the parties was awsome. Being a mid-week concert, people slowly started coming at 3. By 5:00 the place was packed. There was standing room only, and that was limited.
I want to say thanks to ALL the people that came out and supported the cause. I love doing these fundraisers even more now. Big thanks to the people who donated thier own stuff for raffle, so awsome! And thanks to the fellow named Brian who hooked me up with 7th row seats Got a guitar pick from Mike on May 10, and it was the greatest time of my life.
Finally, Thanks to PBM and FoxyMop for organizing and helping so much with the setting up and planning. Couldn't have done this without you guys. MrMerkinBall, thanks for doing all the leg work in Toronto for me. I really wish I could have stayed at the York, it's a friggen castle! It was a blast meeting so many of you. Here's hoping they swing through our neck of the woods again soon!
