FS - 1 Seattle Ticket TM

I have a Seattle ticket. I obtained the ticket thinking there would be 2 shows and I can make a trip out of it... but not worth the travel across the country to see 1 show.
The seat (on paper) isnt great. Section 217, row 10. However, if you look at the view on youtube or pictures, it should be pretty good (barring any unforseen obstructions).
The ticket is $92.24 (face, plus TM fees). It is an e-ticket, but I can assure my trustworthiness.

Anyone out of the country, Ill charge $75 and we can find out how much shipping costs from USA to wherever and tack it on.
It has been stored flat in my portfolio book. I have filled the thing up and need to thin out the herd.
