    Nope, though my b-day is in the summer(next year it will be on a Friday)...and the Gorge is an awesome place to see a show...and people are dying to see PJ at the Gorge again...a girl can always dream. (*hint*hint*wink*wink*)

    It has never happened, and I don't think it ever will.

    Sometimes I get a hockey game scheduled on my birthday.

    So I've got that going for me ... which is nice.

    Not had the fortune so far but they have played on my birthday a few times, Mansfield 98, Montreal 05 and Hamilton 11 was on my 40th. It was attended by the lovely dottles and ilockyer who very kindly brought back the Klausen show poster which was a very welcome gift! :D

    I saw them in New Mexico on my bday in 2000, and this year I'll be in Brooklyn for those shows, which night 2 is the night before my bday. So I consider it a PJ bday celebration trip. :D

    Saw them on May 13, 2010 in D.C., got to see our nations capital for the first time and our nations greatest live band all on my birthday. Got Blood and Sonic Reducer as gifts :D

    Ed was supposed to play Austin on my birthday last year (late April). Got selected in the lottery and it was getting down to the wire to book travel when the postponement was announced so luckily I just had to get the tickets refunded.

    Only shows I've been to on or around my birthday were Dr. Dog in 2010 which was a lot of fun and we saw Jane's Addiction at the Santa Barbara Bowl on the eve of my 21st birthday. SB Bowl shows end at 10pm due to curfew so we were still able to hit the town once the clock struck midnight. :D

    I'm with SuzieMay in thinking that if they play anywhere on my birthday, I'll probably have to make the trip!

    I don’t think it could get any better than seeing PJ on your Birthday however, buying the Calgary poster with the date on it and hopefully catching a pick would really put the icing on the Birthday cake for your son!

    I have been fortunate to see Eddie Vedder on my Birthday 11/28 (and Matt Cameron’s Birthday too) last year when Ed was in Orlando. Yes, I lost the lotto for all of the tickets I requested but luckily I still made it to the show. I drove up from Miami Beach and I had to buy the poster and the postcard / t-shirt that night as a memory. It was the best Birthday yet!! Then I was able to see Ed for the next 2 shows in Fort Lauderdale for my Birthday weekend, it was truly amazing!

    I saw them on my birthday in Toronto (I live in Cleveland). That was special enough- it was a great concert and one of the best birthdays!!!! :D

    Black Diamond I hope you guys have a blast. I met you and one of your sons in the hotel lobby in San Diego in October 2009. He had on one of those number 9 shirts, it was October 9. Is that the kid?

    Baltimore this October is on my 21st birthday. So happy to be spending my birthday with the people who make me the very happiest- Pearl Jam :D

    I want a sip of Ed's wine to be my first (legal) drink!!! :mrgreen: Dream big, right? Hoping putting the hours waiting in the GA line + a sign will just maybe do the trick!

    That was his first? Because I thought I asked him if it was his first show and he held up 2 fingers, like it was his second... ah I guess memory is playing tricks on me! Hard to believe that will be 5 years ago this October!

    Oct 9th, 2009 San Diego :-) Not only was it my birthday, but ended up meeting Matt Cameron's aunt and getting to backstage passes from his other aunt (I assume) and her husband. Got to meet Matt, Mike and saw Jeff but didn't bother him :-)

    June 1st, 2006, Continental Arena NJ... My birthday. Great show.

    Was also rewarded with one of the single worst PJ posters in their history..courtesy of an Ames squad that threw in the towel that year and many years after.
