So I'm not clear on where to find the pre-sale info.... I have done what I can through his website, but it really didn't seem to actually result in anything...

Ohio show is 100 miles from me, so I'll be goingfor tickets there. Why is Michigan getting snubbed by PJ and CC this fall?

By the way, he has his own Fan Club where the Pre-sales are. There isn't any info on there yet, but it will be.

    http://www.chriscornell.tickets.musicto ... endar.aspx

Did you find this fan club site off of his regular site chriscornell.com??

I did not find this on his website, I just did a Google search and this said Official Fan Club.

I think on Wednesday the 14th, the pre-sale info will show up. But I've been checking every day to see. I didn't see any times of when to expect them.

.... That fan site looks kind of fake.... Not saying it is, but there is just something kind of weird about it, no? That it's not linked to his own website yet is talking about ticket sales and album sales seems strange...

It definitely is very unclear and has an old picture of him. I'll be trying in the morning as well.

Agreed, that's why I asked if it came from his official site because it looks like that fan site was made with windows 95

I think it's old. It says you get a digital copy of his new album "Scream" with ticket purchase.

I saw the soundbook tour in Houston about two years ago and it was damn near perfect. I'm hoping he adds shows in Texas or Nola.

  • Anyone figure out the fan club presale password yet? The password for the Live Nation presale on Thursday, at least for the Ohio show, is "summer." FYI to anyone going to the Ohio show, I've seen shows at this venue in Lakewood before (Wilco and Cornell a few years back). The venue is at a HIGH SCHOOL. That means no alcohol will be sold on site. If you go up to the concession stand, you'll be greeted by high school kids selling popcorn and bottles of water. All the clowns who showed up in limos and cabs were highly disappointed. Also, the seats are a bit uncomfortable, but the sound is good.

Wow are you a fellow Clevelander? I was planning on going to this show, he came there a few years back and I missed it. It's kinda a bummer that its in a High school and the alcohol policy but it wont deter me from going. I heard the sound was amazing at this venue and its very intimate. And thanks for the pre-sale password!

Yessir. I actually just moved from Lakewood to the East Side to move in with my girlfriend, and I work downtown.

The Cornell show in Lakewood in 2011 was pretty damn epic. "Blow Up The Outside World" was so incredibly amazing. I remember the opening act being awful. The sound was great and the venue was intimate. If I recall correctly, he brought a kid up on stage during the show and gave him a record and signed it.

anyone know if the presale is through ticketmaster or another site?

Wow it is refreshing to finally have a fellow Cleveland jammer on here! I live in Portage county which is only 45 minutes away from Cleveland. Too bad our band didn't make it to our city on this tour

    Oh, my bad, ma'am. :)

I know Portage County. Kent State grad here.

Too bad, indeed, that they didn't make it to Cleveland this go around. Oh well. Going to Pittsburgh, Buffalo, Vancouver and Seattle.

 I've found that unless you have the word "girl" or "princess" or and actual female name as your screen name, people just assume you're a guy around here. ;)

Just searched all my spam and other e-mail -- I was Cornell's mailing list, but I didn't hear about this tour, nor seen any presale code.

Do we think it's Soundgarden's Fan Club? I'm not in that...

for the last tour, I don't think the passcode went out until the middle of the night before the pre-sale

I'm back to my original theory that it will come through social media and possibly at the last minute. Seem to remember that's how I grabbed some pre-sale codes for the Soundgarden shows earlier this year. So check Facebook, Twitter, your email between now and tomorrow morning.

Yeah, that's what they did for the SG tour too. I didn't get the presale code until maybe 11pm the night before the sale. So I'm still expecting an email from the Cornell website. tonight or early tomorrow morning I guess. The later they wait, the less time people have to spread it around.

  • Man...I am debating this. I live in SD so it's not like it would be tough to hit it. I just feel bad spending so much money on shows lately...AIC/Jane's Addiction, then Pearl Jam x 3 (plus Selena Gomez for my daughters and wife).

But I must admit when the OP said he'd be playing stuff off King Animal, that got me interested again.

I want to support Chris, but I've seen Soundgarden, solo Chris with a band (Euphoria Morning tour), and Audioslave...and I am not sure if I feel like sitting down quietly listening to Sunshower and Billie Jean again.

I'm 40 but I like to rock it out! I wouldn't even be debating this if I had not missed Soundgarden recently.

    Ugh!!! What to do...
19 Pearl Jam shows and still searching for Deep!
    1998 (2) - East Lansing & Auburn Hills; 2000 (2) - Tampa & Noblesville; 2003 (2) - Lexington & Noblesville; 2006 (1) - Cincinnati; 2007 (1) - Chicago (Lollapalooza); 2008 (Ed in Milwaukee); 2009 (1) - Chicago; 2010 (1) - Noblesville; 2013 (3) - San Diego & Los Angeles I & II; 2016 (Temple of the Dog in Los Angeles); 2017 (Ed at Ohana in Dana Point);
    2021 (3) - Dana Point I, II & III; 2022 (3) - San Diego & Los Angeles I & II; 2025 - Southern U.S. Tour Please!

    GO SEE HIM.

Have you seen Chris or Soundgarden recently? He is sounding phenomenal and his solo shows are truly special. Solo Chris far outshines ( ) solo Chris with a band in my opinion (but I saw him later on, not on the Euphoria Morning tour). I saw Soundgarden earlier this year and those were some awesome shows, but his solo shows are very different. He talks a lot more, is very personable and banters with the crowd sometimes.

I really don't think you should miss it if you can afford it and have the time.

Just go. You only live once. And even us rockers need to sit down and chill once in a while. ;)
