It worked out for me, lol. But I took GB in the first game, so all I did was even out. They started out promising but then it turned into a gong show. Flynn was lousy.
The Pit/Bal game was an easy pick to make. Like they said tonight, 8 out of their last 10 match ups have been decided by 3 points, including the previous 4 games. You'd think the spread would be 0.5 (maybe for the home team) every time.
Pit really blew that 2 point conversion, though. That was their whole season. Ah well, it was an entertaining 2nd half, for sure.

of course i was on point on all 3 thanksgiving games and forgot to pm ed. :fp: profitable day none the less.
I was happy to see my Cowboys win on Thanksgiving but god damn I was yelling at the tv with the crap backdoor cover!!! The rest of the family here was just saying "a win is a win we'll take it" but they don't understand the frustration of being a degenerate...

How can the play just stop when the guy is in mid air on his way down, I understand not wanting a player to get up and run with no helmet, but logic ( a foreign concept to NFL officials and league execs) would dictate that you stop play where he hits the ground, not the exact nanosecond his helmet comes off...not like he flung it off himself or anything. Had Pittsburgh failed to score on the next play I would likely have destroyed my TV making for a most memorable Thanksgiving.
It sucks for gamblers, but it's actually the smart move by the Raiders coaches. Most coaches never do it. They needed 2 scores so take the FG and then test your luck with the onside kick.

by the way, i don't think i have ever, ever in all my years of betting, lost a 2nd half bet on the patriots. if you ever see them down by 6 or 7 at halftime, load up. it's one of those bets that never seem in doubt.

I had the Jags with the points and the ML, so I kinda watched it. Wasn't an awful as I was expecting it to be. Jags have played well lately…won 4 out of 5 and pretty sure they have covered 5 straight.
