We don't need it for weeks 3 and 4, but I am interested to find out if it could handle all the aspects of our pool

I think someone should setup a fake league to test this out during this season

A few of us could join to make sure it can handle what we do

But really, I don't mind running this, mainly because it is transparent

I set one up on officepooljunkie.com. It selects the point spreads for you. Year before last I did one on CBSSports.com which allows you to set your own point spreads.

Hey, you're the prez. That would be up to you. If everyone joins I'll go in and enter the week 1 picks. This would certainly make it easier for you. The options can be easily edited too. Right now there is a gametime deadline. It can be changed to 1pm after week 4. I also tried to get the prize money distribution right. I don't see where it allows for the 6 for 6 payout so I added that money in as 4th place. I don't mind managing it but you could start a pool for us to join if you want. I'll see if there's an option to allow you to manage it.

i will probably have a few questions as it goes

first one is

as the pool manager, are you able to see everyone's picks prior to them getting posted for all to see?

that's the only thing i don't like about doing it my way

this is why i pm my picks asap on friday mornings

I think you can look at the others picks if you try to but they are not displayed until game time. You would actually have to pull up each person and look at them. So unless you're trying you won't see the others picks.

Do we want to give the officepooljunkie site a test run this week and see if that is easier for you than having the picks PM'd?

Loved ATL and GB this week but chickened out and went with games with smaller spreads :fp: Damn you Lions, every year you look just good enough to be competitive and then end up blowing games :evil:

This must be the year of the lightning bolt, I don't remember ever seeing this many games with weather delays before.
