Protective cover? How much can it take?

It amazes me how much the organization cares about the people there. Here in Argentina shows are almost never suspended due to weather. I've been to several concerts with pouring rain and in one of them the rain came down so hard that it even broke part of the lights in the stage. Even in the last PJ show we had here this year all the GA ground was pure mud and water because of the rain that we had the day before and it was really dangerous when all the people started jumping.
I'm really sad for the band and for the people who went to see them but at the same time I have a lot of respect for them wanting to take care of the people.
Let's hope the weather gets better and they can continue playing :(0 -

If it's like any other stadium show, infield is barracaded off and ga and seats are on platforms. Nobody touching field itself.Sorry. The world doesn't work the way you tell it to.0 -

It might also be the venue...stadiums, arenas, etc. in the US have staff that monitor things like weather from an office in the building and can make decisions like these based on weather and whatnot.Presidential Advice from President-Elect Mike McCready: "Are you getting something out of this all encompassing trip?"0 -
