I mean MSG - i dont see them skipping MSG completely.

They are not playing MSG and Barclays. One or the other for NYC shows.

I really really think gaslight is opening these shows in October.

Gaslight Anthem are in the UK same time as the rumored PJ dates, so don't bank on them as openers.

I'm guessing that crosses off MSG for PJ and Barclay's Center would make sense.

I cannot believe that I'm going to root for a basketball team this year based in Brooklyn.

Perhaps but based on the info I have from the contract they weren't expecting to be open until Nov. I also checked their events listing and nothing is showing prior to the Eagles on Nov 7.

The tour has to get at least one non festival show on this run down to the big easy right? I heard Charlotte rumored a while back, anything else floating around out there for our southern peeps?

Not so much a rumor, but I can confirm that as of today there are no holds by Pearl Jam at MSG for anything after reopening.

Last time they played there they held the dates for about 6 months, then released their holds, only to re-hold and immediately announce. Given that they plan so far in advance for this building, I would count MSG out. ...at least for the moment.

    Hope that helps. :D
ADD 5,200 to the post count you see, thank you. :)
