I'm guessing that crosses off MSG for PJ and Barclay's Center would make sense.

Perhaps but based on the info I have from the contract they weren't expecting to be open until Nov. I also checked their events listing and nothing is showing prior to the Eagles on Nov 7.

its already been announced the rangers are opening on the road for the first month or so of the season
The tour has to get at least one non festival show on this run down to the big easy right? I heard Charlotte rumored a while back, anything else floating around out there for our southern peeps?
Not so much a rumor, but I can confirm that as of today there are no holds by Pearl Jam at MSG for anything after reopening.
Last time they played there they held the dates for about 6 months, then released their holds, only to re-hold and immediately announce. Given that they plan so far in advance for this building, I would count MSG out. ...at least for the moment.
Hope that helps.
ADD 5,200 to the post count you see, thank you.

No MSG birthday show for me?
Barclay Birthday has a much better ring to it anyways...

I suppose
Ok, I'll stop sulking. Any birthday show would be a gift! And I do like Barclays. Just that MSG is within stumbling distance to my apartment and it would have been perfect.

I agree would so prefer MSG for ease of commute. I haven't a clue how to get to Brooklyn but I suspect I'll figure it out.

would be nice to see them at home, but think most of this is just wishful thinking..
Coming up to Charlotte for the Shinedown Carnival of Madness tour with Papa Roach,In this Moment and others at Verizon Amphitheatre.I assume that would also be Pjs preferred venue? I have never been there ,I hear it sounds great.Info ?

Haha, as a chronic complainer about having to trek to the BK, it's actually very easy to get to Barclays All the major subway lines stop right there. Atlantic-Pacific stop: http://www.barclayscenter.com/getting-here

It's your run if the mill outdoor amphitheater. Roof covered seats with a lawn. Always a fun parking lot. Downside is it is a little out of the way, but Harris blvd isn't that far
"All I Ever Knew" available now in print and digital formats at Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and iBooks.
I reAlly hope the NY dates are wrong. Need them a week earlier or later. Committed to walking 39.3 miles in the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer (for the seventh time) on 10/19 & 10/20. Hopefully will get the opportunity to see them on the east coast somewhere, if not NY!

They are not playing MSG and Barclays. One or the other for NYC shows.
Gaslight Anthem are in the UK same time as the rumored PJ dates, so don't bank on them as openers.
