Quote doesn't help but I think it's Miller's Crossing.
Correct! "Look in your heart" is what Bernie Bernbaum (John Turturro) says over and over again when he's begging Tom Reagan (Gabriel Byrne) to spare his life in the woods.

Goddamn! What an awesome movie!
It's been a really long time since I saw it so I don't remember the dialog that well. I remember the scene though.
SF, I had a feeling if anybody guessed it, it would be you.
I've never actually seen the movie, or have any idea what it's about. But I'm a Yardbirds fan so I've seen that scene many times.
Yah, I really dig the Yardbirds. The scene is actually a miniscule part of the movie, probably in there just to show the swinging mod scene in London. Which is funny because the Yardbirds weren't really a mod band. Also features a very young Vanessa Redgrave.
I have seen the movie MANY times because it's one of my prince's faves. It's about a professional photographer and my prince used to be a professional photographer. Blow Up refers to darkroom work, not anything actually getting blowed up.

That's why I never bothered to watch it, I knew that the Yardbirds were just in there as a cameo and the rest of the film had nothing to do with them.
Maybe a hint is needed. The woman is talking about how a space shuttle disaster could have been avoided if "vegetarian women" were in charge instead of "flesh-eating men".
"See a broad to get dat booty yak 'em, leg 'er down, a smack 'em yak 'em!"

Airplane II: The Sequel, which was on every day in the early years of HBO.

Hint: If you need help coming up with the correct answer, "look in your heart."

OK, hoping this isn't too off the wall:

This is the pic I thought about posting:

Extremely close, but no.
Maybe a hint is needed. The woman is talking about how a space shuttle disaster could have been avoided if "vegetarian women" were in charge instead of "flesh-eating men".

Great image, too. I laugh every time I see it.
mbangel10's image from The Changeling reminded me of this climactic scene (and my next image):
....
Mannequin (embarrassed that i know this)
......
For Whom the Bell Tolls
And speaking of A Face in the Crowd, I met Patricia Neal in the mid-nineties. What an awesome woman.
And speaking of Patricia Neal...
....
Clap if you love ...
can we google for clues?
