Things found in drawers

So the power at home went out for about two hours, and I wasn't able to work. So instead of just staring blankly at a wall, I decided to clean out two kitchen drawers. Here's what I found:

- 17 packets of soy sauce.
- 1 ketchup packet
- 2 open -- but not empty -- packets of seasoning (1 sea salt, 1 a combination of garlic and other herbs)
- 29 recipes
-- 6 written on scraps of paper
-- 9 clipped from packages
-- 14 print-outs
- 11 menus to local restaurants (4 were to the same restaurant)
- 1 package of 75 kebab skewers
- 24 straws
-- 11 long Dunkin' Donut straws
-- 12 mustache straws
-- 1 Wendy's straw
- 17 twisty ties
- 3 kitchen towels
- 8 pot holders
- 1 Nalgene sports lid (without the bottle)
- Instructions and warranty information to about 7 products, including toaster, furnace and a knife
- 2 expired coupons, one of which was from 2010
- 1 UPC code cut from a box
- 1 wine bottle opener
- 1 rusty ice cream scooper
- 1 syringe

And that was just about it. What random crap have you found in drawers?

    Nice list. Syringe?!

    Money. Best thing to find.
Old pictures -- always a time suck when you find them and spend time looking through and remembering.

Well, I once found condoms and tacks. Not a good combo.
