The problem is... the weather. It is controlled by the natural ordered chaos of the Spaceship Earth. It is a huge thing to control the planet. The weather is caused by the Earth's motion and orbit of the Moon... to change the weather, you need the ability to control the natural movement of the planet.

In order to 'create' clouds, you need entire fields of giant ionizers to generate waves of negative ions which rise into the lower atmosphere and attract dust particles. The dust particles, in turn, attract condensation from the ambient air... clouds.

Now... I'm not saying there aren't people trying to figure ways to weaponize this communications system. But, the physics of making such a system and defending it from hostile forces, including Mother Nature, make it extremely difficult (and expensive).

That would be good... if they want to create weather havoc in their own country.
That's the problem... let's say you **can** create a tornado. You cannot send it off to Iran to take out their nuclear enrichment site.. or to North Korea to knock over his bullshit North Korean piece of shit bottle rocket. The tornado will do what tornados do... wander in a random path based upon barometric conditions. You would have to spend a lot of enegy to create those conditions and it would affect a large area onthe Earth's surface. So, that tornado might take out the Tehran Wal-mart, instead of that targeted nuclear facility.

What we really need to think about is the further development and use of those direct energy weapons. Those are in their early stages and may possibly lead to stronger, more weather tolerant weapons systems.

someone will & most definitely already is having evil thoughts with harrp. can harrp create tornados? when meeting the right natural conditions ... i would not be surprised if man could create a tornado by way of harrp. can they control it like a remote controlled car? no.

The weather we are seeing is due to the global warming. As we lose more of our polar ice caps, the warmer oceans get cooler... like when you add ice to a glass of water. On the global scale, it creates these unstable weather conditions in our atmosphere, especially in those places where warm currents meet cold currents... the birth place of hurricanes. Increase the differences in temperature... increase the size/strength of the winds.

I just don't think there is anything "crazy" about it. Just humankind's limitless curiosity testing and perhaps being successful of theories which may have practical, beneficial applications. Imagine where we would be without science and research. Leonardo was run out of town and I'm not of the mindset that everything the government does is some ill intentioned evil plot to control humankind. I watch the X-Files for that.

one single degree warmer in water & salmon die & or will not spawn.

No, they wouldn't be able to pull this off. Look into the conditions and variables that have to come together perfectly to make an f5 tornado.

This is why these guys have an audience. Something extreme happens, and people want to make sense of it and have an answer. The government conspiracy theory gives them the answer without needing evidence.

many people around the world have reported seeing unidentified flying objects just a few hours or even a day or two before a natural disaster hits their area. people in moore, oklahoma have reported seeing orb ufo's. i fully believe in alien life & fully believe they visit earth. living most of my life in rural iowa where it can get very dark, i've watched the stars countless hours at a time. i've seen things i can't understand.

this is not the greatest footage in the world but it sure is unusual.
