    I worked in a company where the bosses would say "....pick your brain..." as code for "i need you to figure this shit out for me cuz i'm stumped"

    I hated that shit in ways I couldn't even begin to explain. When a friend (who worked for the sister company) used that expression to ask me for advice years later i made the most intensely violent threats that ive ever heard in my life. never heard it again though :D
