    I can't understand why Rogers thinks this is the entire fault of Obama when it is the responsibility of CONGRESS to create and pass a budget and it is the fault of Congress that sequestration even happened.

    the gop would not come to the table to work this out, so they let it happen just so they could blame the administration.

    their schtick is old and tired and the people see that now. what we are seeing now is a party that is on the verge of collapse. they can not connect with anyone other than evangelicals and old white men. they did the minority outreach thing and it has failed miserably.
