Ugh, its so ridiculous. I think he is just trying to get a rise out of people, honestly. I hope so anyway. The suspect had previously shot and killed a police offer and threw bombs at them! They obviously had to assume he was armed. What caused them to start firing we do not yet know.

WHY WAS HE HIDING IN THAT BOAT, UNSUNG? YOU KNOW WHY? BECAUSE THE STREETS WERE CLEARED BY THE AUTHORITIES, HE HAD NOWHERE ELSE TO GO. had they not done that, he would have LIKELY killed more innocent people.

when someone blows people up, and they have every reason to believe they might be next, and they give him ample warning, then they have every right to shoot the fucker.

Had this guy, upon seeing himself as the prime suspect came forward and said "Hey thats me in those pics, Im scared and I don't want any more problems, Im at my house I just want this to be over" Then the cops went in there and shot up the place and him, then hell yes they would have been in the wrong.....

We (most of us) live in the real world and it went down like this.....

There was no "suspicion" from anyone at this point. The man killed a security guard, wounded another officer, stole a car, shot at police, ran his own brother over, threw a bomb out the window of a stolen car.....

No one was suspicious at this point. Common Sense sir, use it.

so simple,easy things,with common sense that we all must agree..

if was innocent will do 2 things..
1. will call the authorities and the media after saw his face at the tv to say i didnt do it and negociate how to surrender and 2nd when he saw police will put his hands up,not throw bombs,shoot back,hiding for days etc..

Apparently the two highjacked the car with the intention of driving to New York to set off bombs in Times Square. This makes sense and answers the question why they jacked that car and why they had all those bombs on them.

Supposedly this information came from the bomber himself while in the hospital.
