If not, I'm confused...can someone please repost the best link to use?

    Ok, here goes nothing ..

    ....

    http://tvfree4.me/multishow-ao-vivo-online

You don't need a proxy to view this. But I do recommend using a ad blocker for FireFox or Chorme. For FireFox check out https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefo ... src=search .

    ....

    http://multishow.globo.com/lollapalooza ... cobertura/

Now if you want to see this performance in 480p or 720p, those living outside of Brazil need to proxy.

    ..

    That's about it. :)

    Thank You!!
I was alone and far away when I heard the band start playing!

...I was always a DeadHead, but when I first heard Winston Rodney, aka the Burning Spear, sing, I became a SpearHead too!

My understanding is that Pearl Jam has not agreed to stream their set. I am not feeling optimistic.

Bad news. Webcast not authorized by the band.

Quem tá louco pra ver o show ajuda aí a espalhar a hashtag: #QueroPearlJamnoMultishow Contamos com vocês! Libera aí, Pearl Jam!

Damn, I hope they end up streaming it, I've been loking forward to it since catching the end of Tomahawk's set yesterday.

Any idea why the band is against it? Is it about protecting the rights to their bootlegs etc?

They never allow streams of their shows I thought so this isn't really surprising. Disappointing but not surprising. :(

This. IOW last year got 3 songs shown on tv. A live broadcast for tonight was never going to happen.

I'm too slow...you all beat me to it, but I saw Eddie hanging out too. Pretty cool, but that seems like that's all we're going to get...

I know!! It would be a very nice surprise! Why am I being pessimistic? That is not usually my personality...so I will switch it up and instead say let's keep hope alive! :D

I have been charged up since yesterday thinking about this...but if it happens it happens...if it doesn't...well it doesn't. Won't love the band any less...just wish they could have an open perspective about the situation...they would be reaching further out to the fans...making all their 'thank you's' more validated. :D

It seems odd that they were included on the TV/Web schedule.

That sort of thing should have been worked out long ago.

Agreed, you would think they would be excluded from the web schedule, but what do I know?

I also find it more than a little ironic that APC & Puscifer agreed to the live stream, but PJ is declining it.
Security is so strict about no pictures being taken @ Tool & APC shows, I would think Maynard would want no part of the live stream. But like I said, what do I know?

Hi guys! Very new to the board :) I have a friend that works for the press in Sao Paulo and she just texted me to say that they havent authorise it... as much as i trust my friend i do hope its not true and we will be able to watch it...
And he who forgets will be destined to remember...

Send a tweet to @PearlJam asking them to allow the stream, if you're so inclined.
    The hashtag is #QueroPearlJamNoMultishow.

    It can't hurt.

Thats because Maynard has issues with the flashing lights from cameras at shows. Thats why he stands in the back and has been known to play a whole show with his back turned. according to him he can't concentrate and put on a good show and gets distracted from the flashing lights. its not because he has an aversion to having the actual shows aired

source: joe rogans podcast from last year when he was on it for 2 1/2 hours (great listen if you are a fan)

No one should be surprised. This has been Pearl Jam's policy since Lolla' 07 when they were censored for saying things about George Bush. They streamed three songs last year at the IOW but still don't stream shows. I expressed that doubt in the fifth post of this thread.
