    I actually had a neighbor once who would regularly piss off his balcony because he was too lazy, I guess, to walk the extra 20 feet to his toilet.... I got him evicted. :) If someone whipped it out and started peeing in a bottle next to me in GA, I'd probably also have him evicted. :) (Dan, I know you were kidding ;) ).
