I know. Brutal. You should see their union busting video that they show to new employees. :fp: It's terrifying.

And I'm ashamed to say that my bro-in-law is their Canadian real estate broker (he does well for himself!). I have to pretend to be all ra-ra Target with him and bite my tongue, or else get in a debate about it, and that kind of thing just doesn't go well with him. .... I'm not about to shit all over what he does for a living to his face at any rate. That's just rude.

Really?? Did you not do the direct deposit refund? I filed around the same time and got my refund within a week. I know it takes much longer for an actual check.

I only posted it because I thought it was funny the article popped up after I told you to buy Costco.

I've read his stuff before, and this was the first coherent article I've read....

yep, direct deposit. Filed jointly with my wife and she's a teacher. I think there may be some education credits delaying things, but not for this long.

    Refund? What's that?

That's when people give the government an interest-free loan and are ecstatic to do so.

As a matter of fact, I am one of those who actually has ADDITIONAL funds taken out of my check each week. Just in case they need a little extra. But its all good, they seem to pay me back each year.

that's some pretty good budgeting/balancing right there... not giving the government a free loan, and minimizing what you have to pay in...

you sir get 4 gold stars!
