Everything else is better when it's bread :P 8-)

Oh, God yes. I love bread. I could seriously eat bread all the time without ever stopping ever. But then I'd get fat. Because bread makes you fat.

Try rye and whole grain! The darker, the better. Of course that fluffy sweet sponge shit makes you fat...

And what again is an egg bagel? Is it topped with eggs?

They're made with eggs (yellowish in color) vs water bagels.

Kinda like egg vs water challah :P

I miss bagels. Ever since I've moved to Australia the only place I've seen bagels was at the Starbucks at Southern Cross Station in Melbourne.

Granted I haven't overly looked for them, but I never thought I'd have too when I moved here.

Mmmh! For breakfast, I sometimes toast my bagel halves, spread plain Greek yogurt on them and then top them with German plum butter. So good!

    Thanks for the explanation, hedonist!
