It's fucking cold today. Thinking about the Two Weeks I'll be spending in Harwich Port this summer.

What beach do you go to?

    5 minutes dues east -- Palm Beach! :mrgreen:
    I used to know where Jimmy Buffet lived right on the beach where I used to surf. I made it a point to pass by his house whenever I was on my way to surf. I figured I'd ask if he wanted to jam sometime if I ever bumped into him. I think he moved.

    I'll keep that in mind. Yeah i'm not a fan of his cheesy line of...well, anything.

    Damn, was spoiled for years and lived down the road from Paradise Cove in Malibu.

    Now, in Jersey, I guess we go to Strathmere Beach - not bad, one of the few free beaches here. Away from the "Jersey Shore" crowd.

    You're absolutely right.....it sucks living so far from the coast. There are some decent beaches up on Lake Michigan, but it obviously isn't the same! :(

    My family and I like to go to Myrtle Beach, SC or down to SoFla to either Haulover or Key Biscayne in Miami!

    I think the Seagulls nest did o.k., but the beach it's self looked pretty bad afterwards, find out in a couple of months.

    we stopped there for the day when we were down in savanah.....didn't do much for us. then again, it was december, and snow flurries where in the air. but we don't golf or beach....soo.....

    as will said, tons of lakes....obviously, we have lake michigan here, but there are smaller lakes all over the area. i know so of you will say, well, it's not the ocean....let me tell you, the great lakes are pretty damn big. Superiour and Michigan are nice. Erie kind of sucks, haven't really seen the other two.
