I married a fellow board member yesterday

PearlJGirl2010...we met through this sometimes volatile place...4 years ago, we bonded over our having the Randall's '96 shows in common...who would've thunk it...we're one of those stories Ed is proud to talk about, but something as simple as a 3-chord song can unite people...just wanted to announce it properly here as this is where it all started...she's a wonderful person, the best thing that ever happened to me and I couldn't imagine myself with anybody else...now we just need the Fall tour dates to drop so we can plan our honeymoon! C'mon, already! :fp: :D
I met my wife here...you can too! Don't lose hope!

    That is so cool that you met on the PJ Board. I see you are from Reading. Where is your bride from?
    I am originally from the Reading area (Laureldale/Muhlenberg twp) but now live in NJ.
    Caught PJ when they played the Sovereign Center in Reading several years ago. It was great being able to party and then crash at my mom's, instead of paying for a hotel.

    So happy for you guys! About 10 years ago, I met a girl on the board, may have been the Synergy board back then... We communicated on and off for years. She is from Canada. We decided to finally meet for the first time at PJ20. We are now engaged and have filed the papers to have her immigrate here. We are hoping that she is here before Labor Day weekend so that we can get married that weekend.

    We are wanting to get married in the crowd at a PJ Fall tour show with the Faithful as our witnesses.
