how many bootlegs do you own?

I just put on salt lake city #2 and my wife was like...another show? geez hon, how many do you have?
so i was just wondering if I was the only freak; how many shows do you own? digital or the actual bootleg is cool with me.
does everyone have the same obsession as me? I'm gonna guess I have around 150 total bootlegs.
What is your go to boot? Mine seems to be soldier field 95.

Or you can come to terms and realize
You're the only one who can't forgive yourself, oh
Makes much more sense, to live in the present tense!!
digital?
i miss a few shows of 93-94-..and some of 95 i think
"..That's One Happy Fuckin Ghost.."
“..That came up on the Pillow Case...This is for the Greek, With Our Apologies.....”
Go to boot? Damn, that is tough. I really love the 2000 Euro boots - any one of those.
or i ha\ve some playlist of specific song per year..
2-3 days ago,i had a 92 playlist of Solat at that year, and listen the versions in the row..lol
"..That's One Happy Fuckin Ghost.."
“..That came up on the Pillow Case...This is for the Greek, With Our Apologies.....”
i even got my 11 yr old daughter dropping comments bout the boots to me now...
thankfully,...my wife and daughter just kid bout it and know deep down how much pj means to me...
My son just rolls his eyes as him being a freshman in hschool...he's already in his own world...lol..
As for my boots...think i have roughly 200 real ones...
with an additional maybe 100+ additional burned shows...
i quit smoking roughly 10 years ago,...so to justify my spending...
i usually buy one per week from tenclub...which obviously they aren't playing 55 shows per year so everytime i catch up with owning them...i take breaks and maybe buys t's, and such,..etc etc..
so i just to spend 20-30 bucks a week smoking...now its much healthier to buy a $16.97 cd, once a week...
omg...i've have not jammed chicago 95 since the 90's... so i'm going home tonight and busting it out...
forgot how good it was...and quite simply...once my collection started to grow...dont really have a show i always go back to....not to mention...i jam maybe 2 or 3 new ones per month...like to play them at least twice in their entirety...some i play 3 to 5 times if i really dig it...
with that said...i got at least 100 i havent even played yet??..
anyways....thats my 2 cents...thanks for reading and appreciate your stories as well....we're all nutz :fp:
Btw, the go to bootleg? As others have said, that is basically impossible. Probably go with Nashville 2000 if I must.
2010: Bristow
2012: Atlanta
2013: Charlottesville, Charlotte
2014: Cincinnati
2016: Greenville, Hampton, Raleigh (cancelled), Columbia, Lexington

I have 2005 and 2006 burned.
I am just waiting for the 2011 and 2012 boxsets to complete the collection.
I have a few (maybe 20) pre-2000 digital bootlegs but I can't say I enjoy those much as I find the quality is not so great for most non-official bootlegs.
I don't think my wife is aware of how many bootlegs I own. She would probably think I am crazy.

Currently got 5 on the way from 2003 which will mean I then have 16 left to get to complete the 2003 set.
Complete sets for 2000 and 2008, 2 needed to complete 2009 which I'll order this week. Need 15 for 2010 and all from 2011 & 2012. Though I have the complete set of 2012 on download.
Also have the 2006 all downloaded and the Canadian 2005 tour (still to download SA '05).
Currently sitting at approx 55gb of files on my laptop.
2006: Dublin; Leeds; Arnhem
2007: London
2009: Manchester
2012: Manchester I & II : EV Manchester : Soundgarden Shepherds Bush
2013: Brad Manchester : Soundgarden Manchester
2014: Amsterdam I & II; Berlin; Leeds; Milton Keynes

Typo Man: "Thanks kidz, but remembir, stay in skool!"
wasn't as motivated to buy during the download years. I have shows I attended and ones I read were great
2011 - waited for the box set, but nothing. So during the last big sale 10 club had, I bought the Canadian leg
2012 - Isle of Wight, Deluna , Montana, Atlanta

would love to get my hands on some of the dvd's floating around. Especially of shows I've been to. I just have no time to do the torrent thing.

That is beautiful my friend.
I haven't done an official count, but I'm somewhere around 70 official bootleg CDs. I can't take anything other than the actual CD - love the packaging and makes for a nice looking collection on the shelf.
Have all of the 2012 shows and currently working on getting all of the illustrious 2000 tour.
Go to boots? Tough to pick any just one - but I think I often listen to the Gorge 2005 show as my go to. Especially on a long drive. There is no better boot for a long road trip than the Gorge set.

Has anyone else found the pre-2000 remastered series, I think they are the best sounding boots and are now the only pre 2000 shows on my ipod.

My next mission is to try to make nice looking bootleg cd's of the 96, 98, 05 and 06 shows I was it. I'm terrible at the computer so maybe I'll hire one of my 8th grade students to do it for me. lol
I am guilty of keeping the iPod at the top of the list because there are soooo many boots to choose from.
I have listed to any locations starting A-C way more than spots lower down on the alphabet.
Were I better at setting things up I at least would have paired them off based on Year to make the listening easier.
I have created folders for each year. Example: the 200 boots list the artist as "Pearl Jam (Live 2000)". Then each show by:
Date (ccyy-mm-dd format so they are in order)
City
venue
Still doesn't make it easy to pick a show, but you can at least pick a tour

I think now I'm going to head to amazon and get some of the euro 2000 boots that somehow disappeared in a move. I had all of them, now I have 5. argh.
I'm currently trying to collect all of the 2000 boots myself and Amazon is the best way to go outside of seeing what you can get on Lost Dogs. The only problem is, some of the prices people are asking for Amazon are little too much at times.
And oh yeah, the DC 2008 show is a good one - one of my favorites from the 2008 tour. Never go wrong opening the show with Hard To Imagine. Not to mention, it's 3 discs as well.
