As many of you know, I like to participate in Purple Day (March 26th) for Epilepsy and I've been collecting donations from you gorgeous people in a separate thread.

I thought it would be nice to give back and also to raise some awareness as well as donations so here goes:

I am giving away some really lovely Purple Day teddies and a big, beautiful elephant I purchased from The Epilepsy Centre. If you have or know any kiddies that might like one, all you need to do is post 1 famous person's name who has epilepsy.
I will also be giving away a Pearl Jam Vault 1 CD (the one given out at PJ20) never played. So if you are just interested in the CD, just post CD ONLY

Yes, what shame (love Joy Division!) people with epilepsy are 3 times more likely to commit suicide, women being more susceptible. People who are newly diagnosed are 5 times more likely to suicide than those diagnosed more than 6 months previously. :(

Thanks for the concern Mike, we are pretty safe here on the coast. Very concerning for those poor folks living in those areas.

There are quite a few famous people in history too if it helps.
