ok....so i let the boss know that i had two priorities oin my mind...one being the wedding which is not too fr away and the other being the fact that the 2 main Managers would both be gone at the same time for 7-8 weeks over the busiest time of the year.....

he told me my wedding should be my priority! So i think he took it ok...still dont know if i will be going or not...i told him if i had to go then i had to ...:( hopefully they will postpone me:D:D damn...talk about looking a gift horse in the mouth :(

WTF??? GAY???? Nah, no intentions of changing the name from "Sounds Unlimited". Maybe one day but definitely not straight away. I think they got the name from the tv show "Sounds Unlimited" that was on at the same time as Countdown and was very similar to Countdown but on a different channel.

And Nooooo, we can't call it Empire Records! Rip off!

the place where the heart sits was filling up with blood ( i reckon he has a hole in his heart because sam said it was due to a genetic heart disorder but she didnt say whether it was due to that as well) and they tried to operate to get the blood out but his lung collapsed and they had to put him in a coma. he only just came out of it but he still has tubes in his chest.

this really sucks

Alot of people have heart defects that can go unnoticed and unsymptomatic for years, it is not uncommon for the lung to collapse during surgery either, the tube sticking out of his chest is to allow the lung to reinflate, sounds like based on your explanation Tom that he had blood in the pericardium (the space that surrrounds the heart), this could be casued by numerous things a ruptured blood vessel or as you said a hole in the muscle of the heart. It is better that this was picked up now, had a friend that dropped dead from a similar congenital heart defect, the coma thing the doctors use to allow the patient to recover and is very commonly used in cardiac surgery. I am sure it will all be good Tom, my thoughts and feelings go out to you yet again.

I just found out a friend of a friend works at the superdome in Sydney and is a big PJ fan...apparently he has a friend who is a sound engineer there and gave him his ticket..

Edit: His ticket which gives him all access back stage :eek:

I don't know whether to be stoked for him or pissed off it aint me haha
