I heard that Eddie McGuire is a big Pearl Jam fan, so he's going to have them appear on Who wants to Be a Millionaire, afterward they will perform a mini concert ala Letterman.

Letterman is shown on Channel 9 too, so it could be true!!

If they DID annouce a special 10c gig or something like that, they'd better let us know pretty early -- because I'm already spending $500+ for 2 of us to fly from Townsville to Brisbane on Thursday, 9 November and return on Monday, 13 November -- if I have to spend another $500 a week or two later to fly to a special gig, I'm going to have to start whoring myself! :eek:

these rumours are driving me nuts! why wont the 10c confirm anything! its reallly annoying! i know we are on the other side of the world, but ay, we should be treated the same.

its getting towards 7pm there so i dont know if we will hear anything today.

I just read that during the Binaural sessions, Pearl Jam got so hooked on Space, stars and astronomy that they booked a space flight for 2007 and plan to do a live space gig right after their current tour ends.

Apparantly the bootlegs will sound crystal clear from Outer Space as there is no air....

*fingers crossed* and I also heard The Stones will support them, as Kings of Leon are afraid of flying....
