I prolly sound harsh....but you have no idea. It's just a nasty/vicious dog. It's a cocker Spaniel. They've had 2 other Cockers, which were gorgeous natured dogs But this one is a dud!
For a while they tried putting a muzzel on him if we visited...huh - what a joke....we were made to feel TOTALLY guilty the whole time we were there :rolleyes: She carried on a treat (my Mum) spent every 5 seconds jumping up to the dog > :eek: "OMG BRONTE!!! Are you OK?!" Then she'd call out to my Dad "Martin! Martin! Quick I think this muzzel is making Bronte choke!! OMG HELP!!" and so on.....

We're not made to feel welcome by my Mum and IF she ever visits us, they spend half their time running out to the car to check their dog and only stay for and hour or 2, so they can get him home.

NOW....she's putting the guilt trip on me for taking her Grand children away from her if we move to Townsville....W...T....F!!!!! :mad:

I had similar probs with my mum, except the object of her affections wasnt a dog, it was my half bro and sis...

but still, its incredibly insulting to have your mum lavish attention onto her mutts and make you feel guilty about having the muzzle on the dog....sometimes, unfortunately, there are some mums who dont have that natural instinct.... :(
