    I just bought squid rings (calamari). I've never cooked them. Anyone got any ideas?

    Nah...I'll be happy to go wherever :D Mandurah greyhounds would've been handy to bring Brendan and give hime a 5 minute tour of the whole of Dwellingup :D LOL! I'd even let him do the same as Sam and do a naked run up the main street :p

    Crumbed is good too....you could even throw some garlic in with the crums (sorry - I'm a garlic freak :D )

    I'd cook them just as you would with any seafood. Just the same timing as scallops or even prawns - not long.

    Shit. Just realised we threw away the bread crumbs because there were ants in them.

    What about beer battered calamari? Do you think that would work? Or maybe I should just stick with the garlic calamari....

    Calamari = CRAP!!!!!!

    They were gross and tasteless and I poured salt and pepper all over them and cooked them in a bit of garlic. Don't think I'll cook those again until I see how to do it properly....

    I KNEW I should have also bought those marinated baby octopus!!!! :mad:
