That's ok
I had to laugh when I looked at the timeline and saw that he went back to Lake Mead to retrieve items that he'd buried
I bet he wished he could've got that $24,000 back too. He really could've 'pimped up' that bus with the money0 -

yeah i noticed that in the movie, but i couldn't remember where he buried that shit so i didn't think much of it.
and the movie doesn't make it seem like he moved round that much, it was pretty much:
canoed down to mexico, went to L.A. met the hippies, didn't fuck the 16 year old, met the old gay guy, went to alaska, eaten by bear, cue crap Eddie Vedder song.condescending and sarcastic since 19800 -

threefish10 wrote:man, i just finished watching that and all i can say is it's way to long and kinda boring. i seriously doubt i'd sit through it again.
i do however have some questions.
1. What was Wayne arrested for?
2. Why the fuck didn't he fuck that 16 year old chick?
3. How did he get from the old guys to alaska?
4. Why didn't the bear eat him?(it woulda been a hell better ending)
5. Was i suppose to be sad when he did eventually die? cause i wasn't.
Last weekend Leigh and I got about 30 mins through ITW and stopped it.
C-R-A-P. I thought it was pretty bad. The main actor was shit.
Margaret Pomeranz on At the Movies gave it 4.5 stars and said it was nearly her "perfect movie"!!! I don't even feel like finishing it (but I will).★ 1995 - Brisbane ★ 1998 - Brisbane ★ 2003 - Brisbane ★ 2006 - Brisbane ★

Yeah, me and B were watching for what seemed like days and i thought, come on it must finish soon, and i check the time display and it said 1 hour to go, we both almost died.
it's not often i'm basically just waiting for a movie to finish.
Zig have you seen Planet Terror?
if not you must, i'm pretty sure you and Leigh would like it.condescending and sarcastic since 19800 -
oh and the best part of ITW was early in the movie when he gets on top of the bus and yells
"IS ANYBODY OUT THERE?!?"
well zara decided to yell back at him. me and bianca lost it. it was fucking funny.condescending and sarcastic since 19800 -

Might go watch Donnie Darko. Haven't watched that gem of a movie in ages0 -

I gave my normal version away when the Directors Cut came out.
I only thought of watching it again because the actress who plays the 16 year old in ITW is the same actress that plays Gretchen in DD0 -
