well it was just half time in the soccer, so instead of going to other events in the half time break they went to commercials, came back to Griggsy, she fucked up some lines about the womens road race, they showed a replay of the last 30 seconds of that race, went to more commercials, then had Griggsy crap on a bit more about upcoming events that they more then likely won't show, then finally went back to the second half of the soccer.
What about during the Dockers match when McManus retired, his bloody last AFL game of his career, been with the club for his whole career...and Dockers came through with a win.
Channel 7 didnt show them doing the lap of honour or anything like that, same with the Dockers song at the end, never showed that either, instead they played commercials, and we counted the same one twice
There was no reason why they couldnt show his team song at the end, instead of fucking car commercials...
I couldnt understand it?
I know you'll all say its coz of the Dockers and thy're shit, but in all reality, it was a complete letdown :(
"....and was very surprised to see that he didnt actually have a recipe for anus-ankle soup." - Big Ed
channel 7 can suck my balls!
they have 3 bloody digital channels and they dont use them!!perfect oppertunity to show how digital can be used, but NO!!!!
everything is on delay as well! they have been at it for years!
No album news in the past week as far as I can ascertain?!?!?!
No city to surf for me. Ive never been so sick in my life. Had a constant headache and muscle pain for 4 days straight. Finally sat morning the stuff started coming off my chest and I shit you not - it was green. I only started eating again on sat lunch - couldnt get down more than half a banana or half piece of bread every few hours.
First cold in 10 years and I never want another one. My flatmate said she's never heard a worse cough in here life - and fuck it hurt.
Thinking back I cant even really remember being in the office wed, thurs and fri....was just that spaced out. Cant remember what I did tho.
And I was only bragging to a group of people the other week that I dont get colds because of fitness level and good diet .
Whilst Im at it...yes 7s coverage of the Olympics is average - although I did hear Severed Hand being played. SBS all the way.
They even had the enitire mens road race on saturday arvo and for once I didnt need an excuse and sat at home like a lazy bastard all weekend on the couch
i only get real colds or the flu every five years (or more) or so too - but when i do wholy shit i get sick
is an odd thing cos i have a whaked up thyroid, so my autoimmune system is out too - so really i should get every little thing going, but im lucky in that regard
other news - did anyone else see the little snippit in sundays paper about neil young playing the bdo ????

I get sick once a year but I get hit pretty hard.
Neil Young at the BDO??? Might actually be easy to get tickets for this one
over - at the time i got diagnosed it was apparently one of the highest my specialist had seen
best weight loss formula you'll ever find
LOL
The thyriod thingy runs in my family, both my Aunties have it and my Mum has it, Mum reckons its almost a given that i'll get it, but i'm 25 now, so wondering when i'm more likely to get it, if any???
I've been tested yearly for it, and last result was just a tad up, so keeping an eye on it.
What are your thoughts? What were your symptoms? (if you dont want to talk about it here thats cool  )
"....and was very surprised to see that he didnt actually have a recipe for anus-ankle soup." - Big Ed
eerrg - its so over-rated anyway imo - tromping round in the dust or mud, smiling sweetly at stupid rabid 14 year olds
i swear, i was never ever that stupid when i was 14......
Depends on the acts I suppose. I've only been to 1 BDO and that was in 2000. IMO no BDO since then has come close to emulating the great lineup that was on show that year (RHCP, Foo Fighters, Nine Inch Nails, Blink 182)
I hate crowds like that, milling around, bashing into you, sweat and drunken dickheads everywhere.
Last BDO I went to was Korn and Hole...I think I was about 15? and had green dreddies
Speaking of Hole, I was watching The Comedy Channel on Saturday and they had "The Celebrity Roast - Pam Anderson" on. Courtney Love was also on there and she copped it from EVERY comedian who got up At one point one of the comedians who was roasting Pammy mentioned that at that very moment in time Kurt Cobain probably looked better than Courtney did I thought she was gonna kill him. She was EXTREMELY pissed off!!

oh thats cool - i didnt even know, i just lost all this weight, and stoped sleeping and went off into lala land for a while - all i really remember of how it felt was it was like being on speed 24hrs a day, i couldnt sleep, i couldnt shut off, i just couldnt stop ... everyone wondered if i was on drugs, but i guess working at a hospital has its advantages - they draged me off and the doc took some blood, and there it was. normal high range is about 5.0 and mine was up in the 60's or some bloody ridiculous level, so off i went to a endo and i had to take blockers for a couple of years cos every time they took me off them it would just skyrocket again. i then had 3 rounds of radiotherapy to kill it off and now i have to take the artificial thryroid drugs for life. - is funny cos i was the sort that never even took a panadol.
so i just have to have a blood test every year to check the levels are ok. i still dont sleep much tho, and my memory is still really scatty at times. whole chunks are just gone. and short term, people will tell me something, and ill just completely forget.
you usually get symptoms around 30. loose weight, stop sleeping, eat like a horse, memory loss, shaky, increased heart rate, erratic and anxious and irratable, and you get a kind of 'deer in the headlight' wide open thing with your eyes. I wasnt too bad there thankfully, because that doesnt go away. And it is hereditary, yea. More common with girls tho.

none on the ground here yet, but i think its colder today

Yeah....a lot of newbies to Dwellingup ask why it doesn't snow here....it does a few towns away and they don't get as cold as us.
It's been explained to me why we don't get snow...it's all to do with geography and I never remember the reason as I seam to just hear "blah blah blah" LOL!
Fucken hell
