i don't know where i read it? i thought those 5 songs in the pearl jam oven were near complete?
imagine the pearl jam oven..
i would hope that they can turn an album around pretty quickly, maybe road test a few newbies at bridge, and then hit our shores early in the new year!
I'll make it a mission to listen to them all this week and let you know what I think
I've played them before, but just in the background whilst doing other stuff....so not REALLY listened.
I think maybe because I've read a few bad reviews, I just haven't made a real effort

Oh I wasnt aware of that - I thought they were being touted as 'epic' then I listened and thought 'they are no where near good concerts' (well sound wise anyway).
Thats the reason I purchased them. And from memory they were on sale in retail shops....embarrassing for any new listeners thats for sure. Not a good intro to the lads
i'm kinda over my stage of having to have anything and everything with the words Pearl Jam on it.
I was gonna say, you must have spent a damn fortune over the years on stuff.
I own all cds, 2 boots, 2 t-shirts, SBT, LATG, Touring band and a shit load of memories. Im glad I never went thru that stage - my room has gathered enough crap over the years
Just thought I'd mention that Chris Cornell Unplugged is on Vh1 tomorrow morning
That's weird. I had that programmed on my Foxtel IQ a week ago and when I checked it a few days later, it had been changed to Coldplay so I deleted it. Did it end up being on?

We had it set on the planner too and it was still Chris Cornell the day before....I was NOT HAPPY JAN!!
No, I still checked at the time it was meant to be on, in case they'd made a mistake and it was Coldplay  :(

I have listened to them several times and I honestly thought they were VERY average. In fact Id go close to saying terrible.
Ive never heard so many stuff ups. Maybe I placed too much emphasis on the mistakes but...........very disappointing.
Undone was absolutely atrocious!!!
given to fly through to ledbetter on the final disk is amazing
I wave to all my Friends... Yeah!
Id like to say 'dont bother' but Ill leave it to you
Ill give GTF to YLB a go from the final disk and report back
