    I remembered driving to the city today that I hadnt lodged my 2006/2007 tax return...:)

    Dude I aint done my 06 yet - let alone 2007. And I get good refunds too :D Everytime I start I get interupted and drop it.

    Mind you I only ate breakfast about 45 mins ago and still aint had my mornin coffee - hectic day

    How late can it be for lodging? Or does it only matter if you owe them money?

    Dont think they know them selves the pricks. 31 October if you diont have a tax agent but if you do then the dates vary according to stucture

    Once again dont know and either do they. If a liability then at least some GIC at 13%.

    I have some large entities that consistently lodge BAS' about a month late and have NEVER been busted/fined. Then I have some tiny sole traders or companies that lodge one day late and get hit up.

    THE SYSTEM IS FUCKED AND UNFAIR!!!!!

    Yep that is exactly right some ppl get away with heaps....then some small person self employed gets shafted big time.......dont get me started...:p
