Might take a wander down to Surfest either today or tomorrow but apart from that nothing. My foot is the size of a balloon so I might have to do the old R.I.C.E. technique for most of the weekend too :(

I'm on call today, so have to hang around praying i don't get called in, already been in once, turned around and came straight home, three hours of pay. What have you done to your foot? Indoor soccer injury??
