    I just walked into the gym for a workout with a good mate. He is my old personal trainer and over the last 2yrs we have become pretty close and workout a coupla times a week together. I was just about to tell him about the good cancer news and he said:

    "Dude we are gonna have to put training off for what looks like a coupla weeks as I gotta fly to the UK tonight"
    "Oh no man whats happened?"
    "My younger brother has been diagnosed with a brain tumor and slipped into a coma at 6am our time this morning. Mum and Dad have just got on a flight from South Africa at about $7000 each and it dont look good"

    thats wierd your mowing the lawns it's pitch black over these parts of town, gonna head down with my girl and watch the show fireworks.. about to leave so enjoy mowing the lawns, and i shall return later on.
