    All people need to know is the weekend Dates, where and thats it.
    We will decide on a First Meet PLace closer to the date. I think thats it really.

    It'll all depend on times of flights and stuff. Safest option would be to meet up for a drink somewhere, and then maybe go out for dinner as a group

    Maybe put a list of people going on the first post and add to it as we get more goers....do you want me to send everyone a PM as well....that way if they don't come on here any more (there's not many of us visiting these days) they should at least get an e-mail to check.?
