Well, if someone did get theirs a couple o days ago, hopefully they'll get to WA this week
what was the ETA on delivery?
I just love the colours in it!he who forgets will be destined to remember0 -
Oz Jammer wrote:I'm surprised they haven't brought out ones with rechargeable lithium-ion batteries. They would make millions. If the battery was getting low all you'd have to do would be to plug it into the wall and "hey presto!" ready to go again.
You could even use it while it's still charging, although electricity and...........sorry I'm getting carried away
BAHaHahahahaha!! If it vibrates and you still do you know what, then a little extra Buzz in your, ummm, Eddie, wouldnt hurt:D

It's a group of those shows where nostalgia has elevated them onto a pedestal which doesn't befit them. Don't get me wrong they're good shows (Gorge 1 2006 being the best of the 3 IMO) but I would put quite a few other shows from the 06 tour above the Gorge shows eg Milan, San Fran III, Syd III, Newcastle, Lisbon, Pistoia, just to name a few (and there are more)0 -

I know what your saying. I guess though to be able to release something similar then it would have to be on a big scale, as Gorge was...
At the same time, im all for an Aussie Box Set!he who forgets will be destined to remember0 -
Hey Trudie
I remember last year, just after you found out you were going to the murder capital of the US (Baltimore), you said you were hoping to go to a music festival over there in which Alice In Chains were playing. Did you manage to go?0 -

I know im gonna regret not goin to see PowderChair, but I just cant afford it right now. Its gonna be a stellar show though! Have you got good tix?
Andy is great babe. Working his butt off too but I guess you have to do it while your young and still sane! And Lost Dogs have been going great. Although the boys have been too busy to work on some more gigs as of late. They have a Sunday Sesh at Fisho's in the first week of Sept (Fisho's is the place to be on a Sunday) which will be great for their exposure. They are constantly working on new songs aswell.
They are actually going to do covers soon also. Under a Different name though as to not confuse the Pearl Jam loving peeps. It will just get them a few more gigs. Unfortunately, the Gold Coast does not have nearly enough Live Venues and you can only play so many Pearl Jam shows before people stop coming. Not to take anything away from Lost Dogs or Pearl Jam, its just not a gig they can do every week on the Gold Coast, unfortunately.
It would be great to meet you and Glenn, even if the boys arent playing! But we will try and tee it upI really love meeting people with the exact same infatuation as me.... and it seems that they are all really freakin great people aswell!! Which is always a Bonus!
Glenn's gone to Christmas Island. The company he works for down here (at Alcoa mine) got a contract up there and asked him to run it. It was a hard decission to make and we certainly took our time doing it. We want to buy a bus or a caravan, so we can get outta this "small town" whenever possible on weekends etc;, so we decided the sacrifice would be worth it, to get the money for that. Pretty hard to save for big things like that when you've got a mortgage and 3 kids. So,yeah...that's that. Maddison (our 3 year old) is really missing him though :( But she thinks he's great - keeps saying he's like Cap'n Jack Sparrow and he's gone to the island to find a cross and get the treasure.....LOL! (She's madly in love with Captain Jack Sparrow-she's got good taste)

Poor Maddison.... she must be missing her Daddy. But she has Mummy and Good taste in men already so im sure she will be fine. If Glenn comes back looking anything like Cap'n Jack let me know.... i'll pay for your flights up here!!;) (Andy, if you happen to ready this.... you are the biggest Hottie ever.....;) )
