Technical question:

I need to submit our movie on a DVD. If I simply use Nero and burn it onto DVD, will it be in the correct format or will I need to do something else to it? I've never burned a DVD before but I know I've received burnt DVDs from friends and they don't work on my DVD player but do on my computer etc.

HELP!!! Any help will be really appreciated!

Ive got Nero as well and always thought Id be able to burn DVD's but since found out I can only burn VCD's. Apparently you need a DVD burner installed.

I'd consider myself a questionable source tho but my mates laughed at me when I tried to do the same and the response was 'you need a dvd burner you clown'
